At InterContinental London Park Lane, we are currently looking to for a Sales Coordinator to join our growing team.

As our Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for compiling a variety of reports, supporting the sales team with daily, weekly, and monthly data.
As you will be organising Fam trips and Client Entertainment for the Sales Team, liaising with the different hotel departments and external vendors along with conducting competitor site visits at the hotel, and arrange competitor site visits for the commercial team you will need to be confident and have excellent communication skills.
It is vital you have a keen eye for detail as not only will you be assisting the team with the preparation for Sales trips and tradeshows, including travel authorization forms, flight quotes and hotel bookings you will also be expected to attend sales meetings and take minutes.
In addition, you will be asked to support the Director of Sales and Marketing, Director of Sales and the Senior Business Development Director on tasks/projects that arise throughout the year to support the business.
Our Sales Coordinators have:
- An understanding of the luxury hotel industry
- Fluent written & verbal English (essential)
- Attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills
- A thirst for learning in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- A Marketing, Hospitality degree, or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar position in a luxury/upscale hotel environment is desirable, but not essential.
