• Serves as a Logistics Management Specialist with responsibility for planning, directing, coordinating, managing, and reviewing actions concerned with life-cycle materiel and maintenance requirements, operations, and systems essential to the mission of multiple activities at the Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center.
• Oversees the Command Maintenance Discipline Program (CMDP) to include Program Implementation & Management and Equipment Utilization & Maintenance. Manages and oversees the Center's Master Driver Program; Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) calibration and support; Contract support with Logistics Readiness Centers (LRCs); and conducts fleet management for General Services Administration (GSA) assigned and Army-owned non-tactical vehicles (NTV).
• Requires the ability to manage, maintain, and train others in applicable databases such as General Services Administration (GSA) Fleet, Federal Acquisition Statistical Tool (FAST), the Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP) Hub, the Army VANTAGE Data Analytics Platform, and Global Combat Supply System-Army (GCSS-Army).
• Identifies and establishes material maintenance actions and comprehensive plans to ensure objectives and procedures are in place to support mission acquisition and life cycle sustainment goals. Monitors progress toward meeting the logistics plan and identifies any cause, impact, and solution to delays or other problems.
• Plans and establishes current and long-term objectives with supervisor support. Interprets technical policy, procedures and regulations and provides technical and administrative advice and assistance to resolve highly complex and controversial technical and administrative problems and develops policy for guidance in future situations.

Starting at $99,200 Per Year (DE 3)

• Provides overall direction and guidance for the development and implementation of a comprehensive product support strategy for the materiel system throughout the system life cycle.
• Develops the product support strategy and life cycle sustainment plan (LCSP) for assigned projects in accordance with Army acquisition policies and procedures.
• Conducts appropriate cost analyses to validate the product support strategy, including cost-benefit analyses as outlined in Office of Management and Budget Circular A-94.
• Establishes priorities for the product support management, design interface, sustaining engineering, supply support, technical data, training and training support, and funding resources necessary to accomplish the product support mission.
• Reviews project operations on a continuous basis through application of administrative controls, review of completed work, and results obtained to assure maximum efficiency, economy, and effectiveness of the operations.
• Oversees cost estimating, planning, programming, budgeting, program integration, interoperability, product support integrators and product support providers, and oversight of the product support function.
• Directs development of life cycle product support documentation for assigned project and supports the PEO, Program Manager, or Product Manager with defending the system at DA and OSD/OMB Budget Hearings, and if required, at DoD milestone reviews.
• Develops the required economic analysis to support any system decision paper. Prepares, briefs, and defends systems decision papers or other decision documents at each milestone or IPR in the life cycle of the project.
• Embodies the results and conclusions of the development and implementing of the designated product support system.

Key Responsibilities:
Be an ambassador for our well-known Client; positively representing their brand, maintaining a clean vehicle and being a courteous driver.
Responsible for the daily delivery and collection of shipments.
Properly use and maintain delivery equipment, including handheld scanner.
Deliver up to an allocated and realistic number of shipments per day.
Complete daily safety checks, safe loading, securing load of vehicle, maintenance, legislative regulations and adherence to company driving standards (including tachograph vehicles).
About you:
Full UK Driving Licence, with no more than 6 points and have not been disqualified in the last five years.
An enthusiasm and passion to deliver the best service at all times
Excellent customer service skills, with an ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
Experience in a multi drop courier role and good geographical knowledge would be advantageous however this is not essential as all training and equipment will be provided.
