With the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with 3rd party suppliers and drivers. Respond to queries incoming and outgoing, to prioritise service levels and vehicle performance. Take appropriate actions to effectively respond to ad hoc, internally and externally.

You will support Management Information (MI) reporting from the Learning Management System (LMS) and other systems to enable decision making. You will collaborate with L&D and People Directorate colleagues to enable planning, administration and logistics for L&D on behalf of the business.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Planning ‘Specialist Trainer Support’ resource into the overall L&D delivery plan.
• Ensuring that learning materials, key documents and equipment are available across learning sites based on the plan.
• Producing MI and analytics from respective L&D sources.
• Administering training applications in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Coordinating meetings, along with agendas and relevant documentation.

Based at Kingston Hospital Main Duties / Key results areas: In conjunction with the Line Manager, plan and distribute all work activities to the Supply Chain and Logistics Team for their respective site. To advise user departments on layout, storage space, shelving, storage bins, labelling of product and housekeeping of storage areas. Co-ordinate all major storage layout changes or physical department relocations for Supply Chain and Logistics managed areas, ensuring that resources are available to ensure minimal disruption to the user department. When required, represent the Services on Supply Chain and Logistics issues with external organisations, e.g. NHS Supply Chain. To assist in the development and implementation of new systems, processes and procedures. To ensure the efficient receipt, checking and marshalling of products in accordance with relevant policies and audit procedures. To ensure that the Central Stores and Receipts and Despatch areas are organised effectively with regard to space requirements, segregation of product, e.g. receipts and returns, filing systems, tidiness and health and safety. What will I be doing? - You will be collecting a variety of different vehicles from clients, checking they are safe for you to drive and delivering these to the required destination. On some occasions you may carry out an inspection on the vehicles.

• Keeping clients informed of estimated arrival time and any possible delays.
