• Makes and repairs wooden supply, storage, and shipping containers such as boxes, crates, etc., which typically require complete custom building involving complex construction plans and work procedures.
• Secures freight such as heavy, unbalanced machinery, vehicles, and equipment; industrial plant equipment; artillery; odd-shaped containers; large explosive bombs, rockets, and missiles; nuclear materials (i.e., reactor materials); sensitive electronic equipment; large communication shelters; and similar cargo in a variety of containers and inside or upon conveyances such as ships, aircraft, vans, gondola cars, box cars, and barges.
• Performs a wide variety of standard and specialized preservation and/or packing work. Uses various protective cushioning and bracing techniques for custom packing of a variety of items including hazardous materials to ensure safe and damage free movement.
• Uses and maintains various types of hand and/or power tools, such as nail and staple guns; hand, radial, and circular saws; hammers, joiners, and squares; etc
• Performs duties in a safe manner, utilizing safety practices and procedures, and complying with established safety rules and regulations.

Responsibilities And Duties;

* Preparing and cooking our delicious food
* You will be managing all aspects of the kitchens, including Health & Safety and Training & Development, and you'll have the
Unit Bookwork to keep up to date

* With a reputation for an excellent service and fabulous food we always put our customers first, as one of our Chef Managers we
expect you want to do the same. By developing a great working relationship with clients, team and customers alike you will be
able to ensure the catering contract you are part of is always growing in the right direction.
* Managing a team of 8 people
* Serving 550-600 pupils daily from 3 different counters



About you;

* Good communication skills throughout our customer and client journey are a must, with excellent supervisory skills being the
real key to managing, developing and motivating a large team.
* You will need to be financially astute, but we'll make sure you receive full training in all our processes and software systems
to help you.
* A passion for food and great customer service is essential.
* You will have a craft background with qualifications to match




As you will be working in Education, you must provide two employment/character references and we’ll also carry out an Enhanced DBS
/ Criminal Record Check as well (which we’ll pay for).
