Job Overview

We are seeking a boilerman to join our team in for our palm oil mill based overseas (Papua New Guinea).

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible to operate, check, monitor and carry out maintenance of boiler operation.
• Responsible for boiler system care and maintenance.
• Responsible for ensuring that DOSH rules and regulations are complied.
• Responsible for controlling steam pressure and water level in the boiler drum.
• Responsible for ensuring the area around the boiler system is safe and clean.
• Responsible for ensuring the safe operation of the boiler and auxiliary systems.
• Responsible for fulfilling and performing tasks in accordance with ISO systems, EMS, RSPO, ISCC and company standard requirements.
• Ensure good agricultural practices and compliance to company’s policies & procedures.
• To prepare maintenance schedule and reports on a monthly basis.
• To have proper Boiler Chemicals Inventory control system.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / SPMV / IKM / Professional Certificate or equivalent.
• Candidate with Boilerman 1st Grade and 2nd Grade certificate are encourage to apply.
• Experience: At least 5 years of working experience as Boilerman preferably in Palm Oil Mill.
• Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Overseas working experience and exposure to plantation industry are added advantages

• Oversees implementation of the program for in-leasing and real property acquisition, including providing acquisition assistance, guidance, and advice to non-Federal sponsors.
• Coordinates briefs to the Branch Chief regarding day-to-day acquisition activities; provides both administrative and technical expertise to subordinate team members.
• Advises and mentors section employees engaged in conducting negotiations and assisting local sponsors.
• Conducts complex negotiations for the acquisition of real property and various interests therein, such as fee, easements or servitudes, in-leases, permits, etc., required in accomplishing the Civil Works mission of the District.
• Examines title certificates to determine activities to be conducted towards clearing title deficiencies and to provide technical guidance to subordinate staff.

• Serves as either a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Awarding Official's Technical Representative (AOTR), and/or the Grant Awarding Official's Technical Representative (GAOTR) for the DFMC managed projects.
• Prepares complete solicitation packages (e.g., statement of work, statement of objectives, statement of requirements, conceptual drawings) with design guidelines for projects to be designed by A-E services or design-builder contractor.
• Conducts project management responsibilities such as: developing architectural and engineering (A/E) statements of work; project schedules, cost estimates, and budgets; technical design reviews and analysis of drawings and specifications.
• Additional duties include responsibilities such as: ensures project compliance with contract provisions and standards; proposes contract changes and modifications; recommends final acceptance of work and prepares closeout documents.
• Assists in ongoing development of Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).
• Coordinates for and secures archaeological, historical preservation, environmental, and other clearances prior to construction and monitors project compliance with building and safety codes and standard through document reviews and site visits.
• Attends meetings with Tribal leaders, school boards, law enforcement officials, private interests, state officials, other federal officials to present projects, describe impacts and to ensure adherence to schedules and designs.
• Responsible for design and construction services for new facilities and the major alteration, improvement and repair of existing facilities, from inception through the warranty period and final asset capitalization.

Supervises a staff of Air Traffic Control Specialists that is responsible for carrying out air traffic control assignments within a geographic area.

Plans and assigns work to be accomplished by subordinate employees. Sets work priorities and schedules. Approves leave; gives advice, counsel, and instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters. Evaluates performance of employees and recommends performance ratings. Hears and resolves complaints from employees and refers group grievances and more serious unresolved complaints to a higher level manager. Identifies and arranges for developmental and other training needs of employees. Finds ways to improve production or increase the quality of the work directed. Adjusts staffing levels and work procedures to accommodate resource decisions made at higher levels. Recommends goals and objectives for the area and tracks accomplishments.

The Operations Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager. Performance is evaluated upon the effectiveness with which assigned program objectives are achieved.

• Provide guidance on implementing remediation to programmers and Web developers.
• Design and conduct accessibility tests to ensure that key user interfaces undergo Section 508 testing prior to release.
• Adhere to full compliance of the equal opportunity and civil rights laws and regulations.

• Submit results of requested reports to the USDA Section 508 Coordinator for review.

• Serve as the senior technical specialist for facilities master planning/urban planning performing the technical and administrative duties required to ensure all related actions comply with current guidelines.
• Comply with regulations and environmental laws to accomplish goals relating to establishing engineer annexes to installation programs, facilities use planning, and major construction projects.
• Manage the Geographic Information System (GIS) software system into everyday operation of engineering and environmental programs.
• Determine requirements and sizes for and lays out support facilities, including gas, water, sewer, storm sewer, electricity, heating and cooling, roads and parking.
• Provide direct support to Plans, Analysis and Integration Office (PAIO) for the Installation Planning Board (IPB)
• Prepare fee estimates for use in budgeting for architect/ engineer firms to execute planning, engineering and design services.
• Review environmental planning and development documents for plans and projects to assure conformance to principles of planning, architecture, and engineering standards in those disciplines.
• Evaluate design objectives to identify most economical and efficient procedures for building design and performance considering site location, functional requirements and utility layout.
• Responsible to develop, run and support the Real Property Planning Board (RPPB), to include coordination of all subject matters prior to the RPPB with all participating stakeholders, and agencies.

• Provide professional nursing care through the delivery, management, and coordination of care and services in a clinic setting through face-to-face encounters or via telehealth/virtual nursing.
• Manage acute and episodic healthcare concerns, health maintenance and promotion, disease prevention and management, patient education, case management, and coordination of care for patients throughout the healthcare system.
• Make independent nursing diagnoses by analyzing assessment data to determine patient care needs, i.e., preventive services, health promotion, health maintenance, or health-related problems or issues.
• Obtain and screen radiology, laboratory, and pathology study results, notifying the credentialed provider of abnormal results.
• Document all nursing care and services in the patient’s electronic health record.
• Perform medication administration via various routes (e.g., oral, optic, ophthalmic, rectal, vaginal, intramuscular, subcutaneous, intravenous, topical, etc.).
• Provide health education/coaching to patients, significant others, and/or family members/caregivers.
• Participate in continuing education programs and engage in evidence-based improvement projects to update and/or maintain skills and advance clinical practice.
• Orient, train and mentor civilian, military, and/or contract personnel.

• You will receive freight accompanied by appropriate documents from both commercial and government agencies.
• You will unload materials and equipment using forklifts, hydraulic floor jacks, hand carts or other material handling equipment normally used in warehouse operations.
• You will assist supervisor in planning, storage and arrangement of stored material ensuring efficient utilization of space and adherence to regulations.
• You will check depot level repair materials against documents, reviews for errors, and obtains signatures as required for tracking and auditing purposes.
• You will be responsible for receiving and issuing stock and general consumables and operating supplies for various customers.
• You will ensure safe receipt, storage, and movement of HAZMAT according to prescribed procedures.
