Exciting Opportunity for a Band 3 Receptionist!
Brook Street (UK) Ltd is actively searching for a skilled Band 3 Receptionist to join our clients within the healthcare sector in South Belfast. This is a full-time role offering a fantastic opportunity for a 6-month period.
Working Hours: 0900 to 1700, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week).
Rate of Pay:
o £11.67 per hour, paid on a weekly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake a range of admin support duties, including
" Handle incoming and outgoing calls, providing excellent customer service and support. "Welcome patients and visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional environment. "Book and send appointments on behalf of the primary team, including room reservations. "Prepare and process clinic letters for GPs and other professionals, ensuring timely communication. " Log referrals, update the internal waiting list, and maintain information systems using Excel; perform electronic filing and other related administrative tasks.
Requirements:
o Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
o Minimum of one year`s experience in Administration and five GCSEs including Maths and English at grade C and above.
o Previous experience in Healthcare would be advantageous.
