You will work within a team of professional and technical staff working to ensure the effective and safe operation of the Council’s waste and recycling collection service.

This will involve working closely with contractor staff and by dealing directly with the public and other stakeholders (such as housing associations and managing agents). You will be on the front-line dealing with complaints and enquiries, resolving service delivery problems and challenging the contractor to consistently provide an excellent level of service to Bexley residents.

About the Role


We are seeking a talented CAD Draughtsperson & GIS Operator to join our Property and Facilities Management Team. In this role, you will provide essential support to the Regeneration & Assets Team by producing high-quality technical and legal plans using AutoCAD and Geographical Information Services (GIS).



The successful candidate will also act as the primary administrator for the Council’s integrated Estate and Facilities Management System (TF Cloud), ensuring accurate data management and reporting.



Main Responsibilities



Utilise AutoCAD to create detailed technical plans and legal documents for property acquisitions, redevelopment schemes, and leases.


Assist with on-site surveys, capturing accurate measurements and producing scaled drawings to support the Regeneration & Assets Team.


Maintain and update the Council’s property database using TF Cloud and GIS software.

FM Conway is looking for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join our team working from our Sittingbourne depot on a full time, permanent basis, working days and nights. As our HGV Class 2 Driver you will work as part of a two-person team to carry out a range of services including cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of drains.

Duties of the HGV Class 2 Driver role:

- Conducting all areas of drainage work, including high pressure water jetting (HPWJ) and CCTV surveys works

- Attending drainage related issues, including emergency callouts to deal with blockages or cleaning pipes during regular maintenance programmes

- Recording and feeding back works undertaken and any further works required

- Providing reports using our app system

What we’re looking for in our HGV Class 2 Driver

We are looking for candidates who have a class 2 licence and full CPC. You will enjoy working as part of a team and will have a strong concern for health and safety. We are looking for people with previous experience in the drainage industry.
