• Review and approve organic (Air Force Developed) production level, repair and/or first article TDPs: Reviews design drafting projects (Technical Data packages, 2D drawings, 3D solid models and Engineering Orders (EOs) based on determination of technician's current capabilities.
  
• Performs a wide array of manufacturing engineering technician duties in support of aircraft part repair and origination.
  
• Performs project planning, design, and troubleshooting work for establishing new facility and laboratory plans and for modifying existing floor plan layouts as needed.

The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as Chief, Career Development in administering all aspects of the section. This is an Air Reserve Technician (ART) Enlisted position. Supervisory duties are performed less than 25 percent of the work year.

Duties:
1. Plans, directs, and controls all aspects of the Career Development programs for both Active Guard Reserve (AGR) and unit reservists.
2. Manages the Air Force Active Guard/Reserve (AGR) Program. May be required to perform Installation Personnel Readiness duties and/or assist as directed.
3. Administers actions in Automated Reserve Orders Writing System-Reserves (AROWS-R).
4. Serves as advisor to commanders on unit human resources (military) programs. Ensures accuracy of Personnel Data System (PDS) and performs functional review of data reliability
5. Provides human resources management (military) advisory services to commanders and staff on all Career Development programs. Performs personnel supervisory/management responsibilities.

• Interpret, develop, recommend, disseminate, and evaluate the effectiveness of policy and guidance on IT and CS program requirements.
• Ensure administration and control, via oversight, that all Group-managed or controlled IT devices and networks connecting to the local area network (LAN) are operational and secure.

• Provides guidance to Examiners on policy, procedure law, regulations, examination techniques, and other matters relating to the technical and administrative aspects of their work. Responsible for the quality of reports of examination produced by Examiners assigned to the team.
• As circumstances dictate and/or as directed by the Field Supervisor, maintains contact with Risk Management counterparts for the purpose of coordinating examinations and supervisory activities.
• Meets with insured depository institution officials and/or boards of directors to discuss the findings of examinations.
• Serves as part of the Field Territory management team and, as a first-line supervisor, is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the work of a team of Examiners. Makes recommendations on disciplinary matters. Hears and resolves grievances or other disputes as appropriate. Approves/disapproves requests for leave, telework, travel, training, etc. Assesses work performance and related behaviors; seeks to secure correction of deficiencies noted.
• Implements the FDIC’s Performance Management Program for assigned employees, including: determining employee training/development needs; assisting employees in preparing individual development plans; monitoring employee progress in meeting developmental goals; evaluating employee performance; and, providing employees with ongoing feedback on their performance. Recommends year-round programming of activities, to include format and resources the activity would require. Greets customers and conducts facility tours. Develops a quarterly and yearly program calendar of events which is used to prepare budgets. Performs budget, analyzes financial results and maintains solid financial condition of ODR. Maintains qualifications and proficiency in First Aid and CPR certification. Routinely briefs on-base and off-base organizations regarding the variety of programs offered by Outdoor Recreation. Operates ODR reservation system and provides employee training. Administers Safety Program for ODR employees. Maintains facility to meet operational standards. Ensures compliance with EEO and personnel directives. Maintains time and attendance for NAF employees. Evaluates performance and recommends awards. Determines leave, established performance standards, establishes and implements training program and recommends personnel actions. Maintains

- Performs assigned operational intelligence research and analysis and trends and based on thorough understanding of the significance of conditions and trends, develops and projects data and draws meaningful conclusions and clear estimates based on current and past intelligence situations.
