As the Head of Product
- AM/FM, you will take the lead in developing Serco’s Asset and Facilities Management solutions. You will drive the evolution of these offerings, ensuring they meet both current and future needs across the business. By collaborating with internal teams, external stakeholders, and strategic partners, you will ensure Serco’s AM/FM solutions remain best-in-class, delivering value and helping grow the business in new markets.
As part of this you’ll:
- Lead the development and roll-out of an innovative AM/FM product.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and meet customer and business needs.
- Own the product roadmap and drive innovation to enhance AM/FM solutions.
- Partner with technology teams and third-party providers to deliver integrated solutions.
- Act as a thought leader in the AM/FM sector, providing expertise on best practices and future trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry players and potential strategic partners.
- Showcase Serco’s innovative capabilities to drive business growth and establish Serco as the partner of choice.
What you’ll need to do the role:
- Significant experience in product management with considerable experience in leading product-centric transformations.
- Expertise in the AM/FM space with a deep understanding of industry technologies.
- A proven ability to drive innovation, balance stakeholder needs, and manage product roadmaps.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working with cross-functional teams, including technology, commercial, and senior leadership.
- Ability to conduct market research and use insights to drive business value.
- Experience in the B2G (Business to Government) sector would be desirable.
