• Admit neonates to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit/Intermediate Care Unit.
• Perform advanced diagnostic and life-saving treatment procedures.
• Develop full treatment regimens requiring knowledge of new techniques, use of prolonged or complicated procedures, or advanced and delicate skills.
• Provide appropriate resuscitative measures in the delivery room (e.g., preterm infants, emergency C-sections, complicated deliveries, etc.).
• Oversee trainees and nurse practitioners to ensure quality, timely and appropriate medical care.
• Assist in the education, evaluation and mentorship of the aforementioned trainees.
• Conduct teaching conferences and lectures for nursing and medical staff on techniques and theory of well-child preventative pediatrics, neonatal, and perinatal issues.

• Serve as a Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner facilitating pharmaceutical care services and direct patient care programs within assigned service(s) to ensure drug utilization activities are aligned with patient care needs and regulated standards.
• Maintain collaborative and comprehensive medication therapy management clinics and services in designated areas of practice, under a scope of practice.
• Delivers direct care to patients though a variety of modalities and ensure documentation for encounters and clinical decisions in the electronic health records.
• Reviews electronic medical record to monitor for appropriateness of drug therapy, including evaluation for adverse drug reactions, drug-drug and drug food interactions, disease due to iatrogenic cause, medication therapy duplication.
• Performs drug usage evaluations, quality assurance/ performance improvement activities as required.

• Provides consultant services regarding clinical nutrition, diabetes, nutrition support, gerontology, oncology, obesity and weight management, pediatric, renal or sports nutritional products, policies, and procedures.
• Conducts a comprehensive nutrition assessment and diagnosis using medical, biochemical, and nutritional data for patients identified at nutritional risk.
• Evaluates the effectiveness and measures progress toward outcomes of medical nutrition therapy interventions.
• Serves as an education resource, instructing medical staff within the medical center on the current research and practice.
• Develops and implements an individualized plan for nutrition intervention in accordance with the patient's medical program goals and objectives, nutrition prescription, and self-management training.
• Provides appropriate documentation that summarizes the nutrition care plan in the patient's medical record, including nutrition assessment, diagnosis, plan, implementation, and progress toward goals.

Main duties:

• Promote the Company Mission Statement at all times.
• Ensure the Home’s furniture, furnishings and fittings are sufficiently clean.
• Ensure all surfaces of floors, walls and ceilings are sufficiently clean.
• Clean carpets when necessary.
• Empty wastebaskets and yellow/black bins daily ensuring that waste is disposed of safely in line with the requirements.
• Clean all internal windows monthly.
• Clean all bedrooms thoroughly once a week on a rota basis. Ensure that the communal areas are cleaned daily.
• Ensure all sinks, en-suites, bathrooms and toilets are cleaned daily.
• Chemicals must be stored in line with the COSHH requirements.
• Re-stock paper products and dispensers.
