The duties and responsibilities of the post will be undertaken in accordance with the policies, procedures and practices of the Trust, which may be amended from time to time. Staff Management General staff management, including maintenance of high standards of performance and conduct in line with Trust procedures. Recruitment and selection of staff and efficient staff deployment. To liaise with the Laundry Production Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures where necessary to continually improve quality in all areas.
