Carmel Lodge

Carmel Lodge is located on the edge of Poynton and is convenient for anyone travelling by car. The M60 motorway and the A34 provides easy access to those visitors who have to travel some distance. Local shops, library, hairdressers, surgery, pharmacy and public house are all within short walking distance. This privately owned home was purpose built in 2006 and offers residential dementia care for 36 residents. All bedrooms are single with en-suite facilities. Each floor has assisted showers and bathrooms. All rooms are fully carpeted and decorated to a high standard. Each room contains a television point, nurse call system, telephone point, fire detection, bed, wardrobe, arm chair, chest of drawers, central heating with thermostatic controls and safety guards. Residents can enjoy the well maintained garden with a large patio area, as well as the landscaped gardens and conservatory. Parking is available for 12 cars.

Hope Green Residential Home

Hope Green is located on the edge of the village of Poynton and is conveniently located close to junction 1 of the M60 motorway. Local shops, library, hairdressers, surgery, pharmacy and public house are all within walking distance. Hope Green Residential Home was originally built in the late 18th century and has been used as a care home since 1990. The home has been extended and refurbished to provide accommodation for 52 residents in luxury surroundings. All rooms are fully carpeted and decorated to a high standard and have a nurse call system, fire detection and bedroom furniture. Carers encourage residents to bring small items of furniture to personalise their room. Hope Green now boasts three lounge areas, three dining rooms, a hairdressing salon and full assisted bathrooms. About the role:

The Senior Electrical Designer will have the responsibility to support the local projects team through provision of Electrical & Instrument Design and Consulting Services - effective delivery of pharmaceutical projects..
This role will require a high level of autonomy and strong communication skills.
The Senior Instrument Designer will have a technical engineering design background. Projects within the current portfolio include:
Extensive flow and pressure monitoring project
Upgrade of effluent plant to PLC control
Upgrade of process plant to DCS

The post holder will:

Review and assess customer needs
Provide resource estimates for design related activities
Produce reports, scope of works, concept design and detailed designs (Typically RIBA2-4)
Support effective delivery of projects to time, quality, and cost targets together with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
Produce documentation in accordance with defined standards/quality requirements

J is a delightful 34-year-old who lives independently in Macclesfield. He is a full-time wheelchair user and depends on the use of a ceiling track hoist.

He has a great sense of humour and has a passion for film and theatre. He has a wealth of knowledge on this topic and has just obtained a Masters Degree from the University of Manchester on Film Studies. He has a First Class Honours degree in Theatre and Performance and is very interested in acting.
