THE ROLE
The Scheme Manager will provide on-site housing management services for sheltered accommodation in Middlesbrough, with a focus on tenant relations, property maintenance, and effective rent management.

• Facilitate property lettings and tenant communication for smooth onboarding
• Conduct regular health and safety checks to ensure property conditions are well-maintained
• Submit Housing Benefit claims within required timelines, coordinating with external agencies when necessary
• Monitor tenant rent accounts, ensuring deadlines are met and addressing any arrears
• Act promptly on complaints regarding anti-social behaviour, escalating where needed
• Issue tenancy notices in consultation with the Team Manager for tenancy agreement breaches

THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar scheme management role, particularly within a sheltered housing setting.

• Strong understanding of tenant and housing management, particularly for older adults

• Confident in conducting health and safety checks within residential environments

Essential experience of the Senior Process Design Engineer

• Technical competence for the above responsibilities
• Previous experience in a Senior or Lead role
• Good working knowledge of Product and Process Safety systems; HAZID, HAZOP, FMEA, SIL and LoPA.
• Experience of leading studies such as HAZID and HAZOP is preferable.
• Good working knowledge of Unisim and Microsoft Office is required. Familiarity with software packages such as HTRI, Refprop and AFT Fathom would be an advantage.

The Role
As a Supply Planner, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. Working as part of a newly formed supply planning team, you will be instrumental in ensuring supply availability meets operational demands.

Day-to-day, you'll provide material and inventory analysis on a unit by unit basis whilst mitigating any potential supply risks.

• Managing material requisitions through Babcock's ERP system
• Provide interface between project/production and supply chain
• Optimise planning for supply for planned / scheduled emergent works
• Reviewing inventory levels with a view to taking corrective action when needed
• Forward planning to identify supply risks

This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 3 days in the onsite and 1.5 days working from home.

Experience required of the Supply Planner

The Role
As a Contract Procurement Manager you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will be responsible for the procurement and contract management of work packages from inception through to contract closure.

Day-to-day, you'll manage contract deliverables, supplier progress and performance to ensure effective delivery of contracted requirements.
* Lead negotiations with suppliers to ensure that the most cost-effective supply solutions, contractual risk is minimised and bargaining power across the projects and site is maximised.
* Direct, influence and manage all subcontract activities ensuring delivery to schedule and maximise cost saving opportunities whilst minimising risk to safety and quality.
* Managing contract risks and change, and implementing effective mitigations to meet project cost, schedule and quality requirements.

This role is full time and based onsite at our Rosyth site, near Dunfermline with hybrid working arrangements.

Experience Required of the Contract Procurement Manager
* Extensive experience in managing contract delivery in construction, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
* Advantageous to have a strong Engineering background and experience of complex engineering projects with EPC methodologies.
