This position will based from their Stourbridge site working Monday – Thursday, 7:00am – 4:15pm with ana 6:45am – 1:15pm shift on a Friday. Hours: 37 hours 7.30am-3.15pm
Salary: Salary Scale SC5, point range 12-17 (£28,163-£30,060 pro rata)

Who we are looking for:
We are seeking to appoint a Lead Cover Supervisor to work at Haybridge High School.
The successful candidate will:
work under the guidance of teaching/senior staff with individuals/groups, in or out of the classroom.
supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
oversee the daily setting of cover and the cover team, including contacting supply agencies and liaising with the Trust Human Resources Team.
The post is permanent, 37 hours a week, term time only plus the school training days. Salary Scale SC5 (point range 12-17).
This role reports to the Head of School.
You will have:
Our successful candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
NVQ level 3 or above qualification appropriate to the post or relevant experience.
Level 2 in English and maths or evidence of working at this level.
Very good IT, numeracy and literacy skills.
Willingness to undertake further professional development.
Previous experience of working in a classroom environment with students.
Experience of procedures relating to child protection and safeguarding.
