• Perform and assist in legal research as may be assigned by any of the Legal Counsels.
• Perform and assist in document reviews, data extraction, data entry and migration.
• Assist in all steps required for the completion and signing of all legal agreements, contracts, legal forms, statutory declarations, affidavits, board resolutions and/or any legal or company secretarial documentation. 
• Assist the filing, scanning, organisation, copying, saving and/or archiving of all such signed legal or company secretarial documentation.
• Assist to maintain and update the legal contract masterlist and corporate tracking list for all Teleport entities.
• Assist to manage the Contract Management System or any other systems implemented or used by the department on behalf of the legal department, to ensure all legal documentation is easily accessible and retrievable at any time.
• Assist in ensuring that all agreement templates, deal checklists and general terms and conditions are updated with the latest version for all Teleport entities, as required by the respective legal counsel.
• Assist the Manager or General Counsel with extracting documents and data or preparation of documents or reports pursuant to audit exercises, reporting or quarterly compliance testing requirements.
• Assist with stamping of agreements either online in LHDN website or hardcopy, as required.

• Establish and develop good working relationships with management of assigned Information Technology and Information Security functions, for which the candidate has been assigned risk assessment responsibilities.
• Contribute to the annual risk assessment exercise by developing a thorough understanding of the business strategy, plans, products, processes, performance, risks, and issues of the assigned Information Techology and information Security functions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT audit, preferably in a financial services environment. Experience in the APAC region is highly desirable.
• CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), or equivalent preferred.
• Familiar with the regulatory requirements specific to technology risk management in Asia Pacific (e.g. MAS, RBI, APRA, SBV, etc ).
• Familiar with execution of risk-based audit approach.
• Strong understanding of IT audit methodologies, cybersecurity controls, frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST), and ITGC (IT General Controls).
• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Good team player as well as able to work independently.
• Meticulous, disciplined and self-motivated individual with the passion to pursue excellence.

As Regional Internal Auditor, you will add value and improve the bank’s operations by bringing an efficient and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. Specialised in governance and risk management, your role will play a critical part in promoting strong governance and risk management culture across the organization, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to deliver high-quality audit services.

You will travel and work closely with internal audit counterparts on a regional scale to conduct audit visits. You will have the opportunity to work with the stakeholders to evaluate internal controls and providing recommendations to strengthen these processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or execute audits independently and efficiently, including audit planning, key control evaluation and testing, report drafting and issues follow-up and closure. Perform audit activities in accordance with the Bank internal audit methodology.
• Assess the Bank internal control environment with view to provide value-adding recommendations to Management to manage emerging issues or remediate identified weaknesses.
• Apply data analytics to assess the internal control environment.

Requirements

• CPA certified or equivalent of an internationally recognized accounting body
• At least 8 years experience in audit of the banking industry with experience in governance and risk management audit
• Familiar with execution of risk-based audit approach
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, governance standards, and best practices (i.e. Basel, COSO, Three-line Defense)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present audit findings and recommendations effectively.
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Good team player as well as able to work independently
• Meticulous, disciplined and self-motivated individual with the passion to pursue excellence
