Job Description :
- This position will be responsible for planning and regulating service delivery, increasing service productivity, and managing service costs (over time and vehicle fuel).
- Bachelor Degree from Biology, Agriculture or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum graduation with 1 year experience of relevant experience of managing team
- Experience in capacity analyses and service schedule will be an added advantage
- Good communication skills and has the ability to communicate fluently on the phone
- Good planning and organisational skills with attention to details
- Ability to priorities tasks with affecting quality of work
- Customer oriented and Result driven
- Knowledge of territory which is handled for planning
- Willing to be placed in Padang Office
