Job Summary:
This role will kick-start your career in an enriching and highly satisfying environment.
You will be trained to engage with job seekers effectively and to understand employers’ business & hiring needs. You will be required to manage and ensure a successful and good process of job-seeking experience and be exposed to candidates and clients from various industries and job functions. You will be working closely and learning the art of recruitment from the Team Leaders/Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Client Acquisition Activities:
- Conduct targeted outbound business calls to potential corporate clients to generate business leads.
- Establish rapport and relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
- Set up business appointments (F2F) with corporate clients.
- Assist in clarifying business terms & conditions for potential clients stated in agreements.
- Researching & Sourcing Activities
- Conduct market research & mapping of organization charts within the IT & Telco sector.
- Partner closely with Client Account Managers to understand client requirements, challenges & pain points.
- Carry out candidate searches & sourcing based.
- Compliance & Corporate Development Activities
- Assist in posting job advertisements and ensuring 100% compliance with Tripartite Standards (TAFEP).
- Originate initiatives & plans to assist in the continuous growth of the organization.
- Assist in any project or ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
- Great negotiation skills
- Keen interest in Business-2-Business (B2B), Corporate Sales or Client-Relation Services work
- Enjoys meeting and communicating with new people
- Self-motivated and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment
- Has a learner’s mindset and is able to bring fresh ideas to the organization
- No experience is needed as mentorship will be provided
