Join us as an Internal Service Management Analyst, RBS International
- We’ll look to you to develop and manage the banks Internal Services, working proactively to review and maintain all Inter Group Agreements (IGAs)
- You’ll be identifying and documenting current and future services, making sure they are managed in line with our policy requirements and delivering value to our business

- We're offering a salary starting from £32,811 to £46,241 depending on location and experience
What you'll do
As an Internal Service Management Analyst, you’ll establish and manage internal outsourcing agreements, working with service recipients to make sure the correct governance is in place and the delivery is in accordance with our contractual agreements.
Additionally, you’ll be:
- Safeguarding our customers and business by working with service recipients to complete due diligence, risk assessments and materiality assessments
- Proactively reviewing and maintaining internal services, challenging service below contractual expectations while capturing changes to make sure delivery is not compromised
- Maintaining the timely execution of all reviews, including the day-to-day management of the recipient and suppliers
- Providing recommendations where enhancements could benefit service delivery, without compromising our risk obligations
- Developing an understanding of the offshore regulators outsourcing policies and key principles of the continuity of internal supply chain policy, so that we can demonstrate full adherence
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and service providers to achieve good customer outcomes
The skills you'll need
To succeed in this role, you’ll need experience of service management, paired with knowledge of risk frameworks, current business operating models and supporting systems. You’ll also be a great communicator and confident in interpreting policy to enable sound decision making.
On top of this, you’ll bring:
- Excellent organisational and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively across diverse groups of stakeholders
- Experience of maintaining service schedules
- A track record in taking ownership and resolving issues
- Outsourcing experience would be beneficial
