You will work as part of a team, supporting the residents of Winslow Court, teaching life skills such as cooking, cleaning and assisting with personal care, as well as planning and taking part in a range of social activities. You will get to know our residents, and learn how best to support them and encourage lifelong learning.
We regularly go swimming, to a local care farm to learn animal care, horse-riding, hold sound baths and attend horticultural groups. Staff have also supported residents to attend day trips to the Safari park, Cinema, Concerts and theatre productions (Kaiser Chiefs, Rag ‘n’ Bone Man, Bastille and Shrek the musical) as well as football matches and a Manchester United Stadium tour!

About us
Winslow Court provides residential support for young adults aged 18 years and over, who have a severe learning disability, autism, communication difficulties, challenging behaviours, mental health and other complex needs.
We are now expanding our service and we are ready to welcome the first residential placement to our newly refurbish 3 bedroom apartment and require further staff to support this.
