Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Supports clinics regarding clinic profile management.
• Collects and updates insurance information from Veterans, family members and other eligible patients.
• Prepares correspondence and memos as needed.
• Screens/receive phone calls in a courteous and timely manner, determine the nature of request and provide the information desired using privacy rules and established clinic processes.
• Ensures data is entered into VISTA accurately and scans documents into VISTA Imaging within 24 hours of entering the data into VISTA if applicable.
• Promotes Veterans registration for and utilization of MyHealthyVet (MHV) and kiosks usage.
• Follows procedures regarding Community Care referrals.
• Serves as the initial point of contact for units, clinics, patients, call centers, Care in the Community regarding various aspects of patient appointments and referrals.
• Stocks basic office supplies for the executive suite.
• Enters Veterans seeking emergent/urgent care, scheduling appointments accurately.
• Pre-Registers Veterans during check-in and utilizing call lists and telephones Veterans before their scheduled visits. Incumbent updates all patient demographics.
• Communicates and interacts with patients in a manner which is appropriate to cognitive, emotional, and chronological. maturation needs of the adult and/or geriatric patient.
• Assures that all appropriate VA forms are used correctly and regulations followed.
• Additional duties or tasks may be assigned by the supervisor to ensure efficient daily operations.

• As an Instructor or Assistant Professor in the Department of Physical Education (DPE), primarily teaching Survival Swimming, Fundamentals of Personal Fitness, and Lifetime Physical Activities.
• Teach and develop basic survival swimming proficiency, while challenging the aquatic ability of all classifications of swimmers.
• Instruct diverse facets of the physical education program, potentially encompassing areas such as combative, boxing, and survival swimming.

• Administer a variety of physical fitness tests to cadets.
• Provide physical readiness training instruction during Cadet Summer Training.
• Serve on USMA, United States Corps of Cadets (USCC), and DPE committees or committees assisting in administrative duties in support of the department’s mission.

My public sector client is looking for a Business Support Assistant to provide first line support for the organisations stakeholders. This is currently a five month temporary assignment with the possibility of extension beyond. Monday to Friday paying £12.62 p/hr, full time 37.00 hours a week, 9.00am to 5.00pm and this role will be hybrid with the expectation of three days on site and the balance working from home.

For this role you will be responsible for supporting and providing first line support to the client's stakeholders, managing all queries via the commercial inbox, and delivering against commercial targets in relation to the business world.

Your main responsibilities will include tasks to be completed on a daily, weekly and monthly:

• Completing and managing Requisitions Approval, Supplier set Up, Commercial administration, Reporting, Spend Analysis and identification of development opportunities
• Managing queries, issues, tracking support developing Continuous Improvement solutions for the development of commercial knowledge across the Agency
• Reporting, analysis and recording of spend, performance and contract information to support Commercial Business Partners in wider Categories to deliver VFM outcomes for the Agency
• Support Commercial Back Office activity
• Support with system management, from training to implementing development opportunities
• Support the continuous improvement of the Commercial Hub and Commercial Intranet

Skills required:

• Able to prioritise workload and adapt to changeable deadlines
• Good communications in both written and verbal form
• Have the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and apply high levels of attention to detail
• Proficient in MS applications and database processes
• Required training on client specific systems and processes will be provided
