• On a daily basis log onto the Choose and book national system and print off all the outstanding referrals, ensuring that all attached documents are searched for and uploaded to patients records.



• Distribute all referrals to the appropriate consultant or team member to triage. Ensuring that all referrals are received back within 24hrs.



• Update EPR and the E-Referral system as required when referrals are received back ensuring that patients are updated with the appropriate appointment details.



• Ensure that the E-Referral breach list is maintained on a daily basis and patients are contacted within 48hrs with an appointment date and time.



• Liaise closely with colleagues in all areas of the PAB (Patient Appointment Bureau), Clinical and administrative teams to ensure that all referrals are returned and actioned in a timely manner.

To help organise and facilitate co-design workshops with community groups and individuals with lived experience of psychosis from Bangladeshi, Black African, and Black Caribbean backgrounds. Screening and recruitment of patients diagnosed with psychosis and patients at ultra high risk pf psychosis. This will involve speaking to referrers regularly, attending clinical team meetings, visiting community mental health teams, hospital wards, as well as home based treatment teams. There will be monthly recruitment targets for all studies. The post-holder will be joining a team of research assistants to help meet these targets. Completing eligibility screening assessments and seeking informed consent from patients. Carrying out the assessments for the trials. The trial patients will be assessed on a range of measures at a number of time points for each study. You will need to arrange these interviews and administer clinical interviews, assessment tasks, and self-report questionnaires. Participants will be seen in clinic settings or at home across a large geographical area. Patients are seen in multiple NHS trusts including: Oxford Health, Northamptonshire Healthcare, Berkshire Healthcare, and Central Northwest London (Milton Keynes). Assessments will be carried out blind (i.e. you should not know which condition thepatients have been randomised to). You will need to remind staff and patients not to tell you the allocation. About The Role:
Days of Work: Variable Shifts Rota

Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and driven Catering Assistant to join our successful catering operational team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering our outstanding food and drink offering to our clients and site visitors.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Support with catering-related tasks within the kitchen environment and surrounding areas.
• Assisting with the service of food and drink within operational hours
• Supporting with hygiene documentation and administration
• Assisting with stock replenishment and storage of deliveries

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
• Someone who is willing to attain the highest standards possible.
• We are looking for an employee that is autonomous in their approach but also happy to work well in a team.
• Ideally, you will have your food handling certificate - but don't worry if you don't, we can help you achieve this!
• We want a self-driven and reliable employee, who wants to learn and develop!
