Job Scope:
1. Cost Estimation: Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
2. Contract Management: Draft, negotiate, and review contracts with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
3. Tender Preparation: Prepare tender and bidding documents, including bills of quantities, for construction projects.
4. Cost Control: Monitor and control project expenditures to stay within the allocated budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
5.Valuation and Payments: Measure and value work done on-site for contractor payments and verify quantities for claims.
6. Project Variations: Handle changes in project scope, updating costs and negotiating variations with contractors and clients.
7. Compliance and Standards: Ensure that project costs and quality standards comply with industry regulations and best practices.
Responsibility/Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelors degree or above in quantity surveyor
2. Experience: fresh graduated are welcomed, preferred working experiences 2 years. 3.Software Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Office and other engineering management software.
4. Personal Qualities: Strong teamwork and communication skills, high level of responsibility and the ability to work under pressure.
