Role Outline
Search Consultancy are recruiting a Senior Physiotherapist & Ergonomist for our client's site, based in Derby; one of the UK's leading Occupational Health organisations.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Derby, with occasional requirements to travel to our sister site also. The chosen candidate will work 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hour working days, plus lunch breaks), Monday to Friday, with flexibility in terms of working hours between the site hours of 8am-5pm.
This is a very exciting role in which you will play an integral role in the development, management and delivery of both the Ergonomic & Physiotherapy services for our client, ensuring the service is fully utilised.
You will be working closely with our client's Admin Team Leader for administration and operational processes, ensuring SLA's are met and protocols are followed. Alongside this, you will provide accurate ergonomic assessment reports with appropriate recommendations for managers to review. You'll identify hazards in the workplace, and subsequently assess the risk of the identified hazards which may cause or aggravate an individuals musculoskeletal ill health.
Another key aspect of this role will be the provision of evidence-based physiotherapy clinical assessments, diagnoses and treatment using a biopsychological model. Following these, you will be providing well written, clear reports to management following physiotherapy assessments and at time of discharge, indicating the employees' fitness to work or identifying any adjustments to their role in the short term, long term or permanently.

About You:

Degree qualified in a relevant technical subject. Post graduate qualifications an advantage
Working knowledge of relevant legislation and water industry regulation
Ability to manage (or support project managers to manage) small to large projects/packages and programmes of works.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Expertise using InfoWorks ICM and ICM Exchange.
Deep expertise in hydraulic modelling, catchment planning and/or related wastewater infrastructure areas, taking responsibility for delivery of specialist, complex or innovative projects, ensuring client standards and specification compliance.
You will be expected to have proficiency in MS 365 applications and have knowledge in key areas such as advanced Excel, PowerBI and SharePoint.
Working knowledge of GIS Systems (MapInfo, ArcGIS, QGIS).
Experience using FME, Optimatics, python (or similar) would be an advantage.
Qualifications:

Preferably degree qualified in a relevant technical subject. Postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
Charterered or working towards chartership for Senior or Principal grades.
Affiliation with a professional institution like IET, InstMC, or CIWEM, or in the process of working towards membership and nearing application.

To deliver sourcing strategies and manage suppliers working closely with stakeholders at all levels internally as well as externally.

Supplier Selection and Management:

Select and manage the Rolls-Royce global supply chain that will deliver the most efficient and cost-effective service to SMR development. Establish the commercial framework in which the suppliers shall operate, ensuring cost competitiveness, value for money and cost improvement is achieved. Ensure both the business and the suppliers comply with all required process’

Strategy Development:

Develop and implement global external supplier and commodity strategies which will drive sustainable improvements in quality, cost and delivery.

Purchasing Process

Run global and / or strategic tenders to enable these and help to define and execute the Purchase to Pay (P2P) solutions that underpin the strategies.

Stakeholder Management

Responsible for relationship management and business development of suppliers within their category area or business project to which assigned.

Training & Qualification requirements

BA degree or equivalent or significant industry experience

Ideally MCIPs qualified or equivalent

Desirable qualities:

Advanced MS Excel skills for Cost Modelling and Reporting

Proven track record of delivering results

Global outlook and exposure to different challenges, cultures and ways of working.

Good planning / project management skills

Strong commercial acumen

Proven experience in defining and delivering global category management and strategic sourcing activities

Supply chain management knowledge preferred

Pay and Benefits

We anticipate a paying salary of between £50,000 - £60,000

A performance related bonus of up to 12.5%,
