Deliver training with/to service users, significant others, families, other professionals, and agencies. Offer person-centred care around the clinical need and risks. Alongside their core team and professionals assessments to target reduction and or prevention of admission. CATAT will look at treatment, therapeutic work within a community setting, which offers the safest least restrictive option for the young person. The amount of contact the team has with the young person will depend on assessed clinical needs. CATAT will work jointly with other professionals involved in individual care packages alongside joint interventions core teams/other health services. CATAT will work with young people and offer a 6-week review. If a longer period of additional support by CATAT is assessed as appropriate, CATAT will continue therapeutic interventions. Discharge planning from CATAT will evidence a reduction in the additional support/therapeutic interventions which will include a handover period to make a seamless transition of care, to aid a safe and supportive discharge. Their small, very friendly and very professional team currently stand at 8 members of staff however are currently experiencing a period of growth, which will take the total team size to 12.

The Job

The B2B Telesales Executive will work closely with the whole team; from partaking in client onboarding calls to help craft a successful sales strategy for the client, to working seamlessly alongside marketing and market research to discuss and act on findings.

This is a phone and desk-based sales role, where you’ll be targeted to make 80 calls per day, using leads generated by your colleagues. The target is to try and gleam a morsel of information, or an ‘in’ out of around half of those calls daily.

Other duties and tasks will involve:

Conduct proactive B2B sales calls using cold and warm leads, to screen and qualify prospects
Manage incoming call-backs from designated accounts
Create tailored scripts and email templates for each client’s project
Devise and implement sales strategies based on insights gained on calls, but also from information provided by colleagues
Report on all sales activities and communications, backing up with statistics
Keep databases and CRM systems up to date
Engage with clients through face-to-face, phone, and virtual meetings.
Seek to go beyond just making calls – aim to foster relationships, discern client needs, pinpoint opportunities, and devise solutions.

This role would suit somebody who has a lot of confidence, but is also methodical, process-driven and enjoys a focused, disciplined working environment. You’ll need to have an inquisitive mind and enjoy communicating with a wide range of people. As a Senior Support Worker, you will be working as part of the care team, recognise and facilitate the daily needs of residents, conduct formal supervisions and appraisals, as well as, contributing to care planning and coaching support workers. With an emphasis on high quality, the purpose of the role is to maintain the personal care needs of residents, respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence.

Reports to: Home Manager/Deputy Manager/Nurse

What skills and experience we're looking for

Wymondham College are looking for a hard-working and enthusiastic person with high standards and the ability to communicate and interact effectively with others as part of our school as a Marketing and Admission Executive.

The qualifications and experience required of a Marketing and Admissions Executive are:

• A proven track record of delivering marketing activity that demonstrates measurable impact in terms of KPIs, alongside the deployment of effective communication strategies at a strategic level
• Successful team leadership
• A proven track record of introducing, reviewing, developing and managing effective administrative systems and workflows to support marketing activities.
• Experience of effective administration
• Qualifications and/or training relevant to the post, ideally including a formal marketing qualification.
• Experience and/or training in IT skills, digital platforms and software relevant to the post.

The role is to lead our marketing, communications, and admissions functions, including contributing at a senior level to the College’s development. This will involve working with senior staff to devise and implement the strategic marketing of Wymondham College and Wymondham College Prep School and ensuring that the College’s admissions function covers the whole range of the customer journey – from generating interest, initial enquires, appropriate visits and open events, through to the successful enrolment of boarding and day pupils. In addition, the post holder will oversee the wider communications strategy, including the use of digital media. The post holder will lead a team covering admissions staff and our marketing manager.
