We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and confident individual with a passion to work and develop a career within the marketing and communications sector. As an Account Executive you will support the Account Manager and Account Director in developing and maintaining profitable business from designated accounts. You will help to implement all campaigns to a high standard of delivery and provide administration support to the client services team. You'll be working on a variety of clients, across sizes and industries.

What we are looking for and what it takes to become a krow…
• Demonstrating the importance of your clients’ brand by having a thorough understanding of their products, market and customers
• To deliver campaign elements from creative through to completion
• To build and maintain strong client and internal relationships
• Evaluate creative outputs, ensuring they are accurate and on brief
• Accurately record, mark up and check amends
• Prioritise and schedule work to deliver on time and on budget
• Action and manage agendas, contact and status reports as necessary and on time
• Maintain the agency project management systems
• Estimating and producing accurate client quotations
• Maintaining estimates throughout a campaign, managing and documenting change requests, adjusting estimates and timings accordingly, ensuring to seek client approval of estimates before issuing Client Quotations
You will be an excellent multitasker, with good interpersonal skills who has a passion for delivering first class customer service. You will be able to effectively manage your time, prioritising work and delivering on it. We are looking for someone who enjoys working as a part of a team as well as being able to take initiative and work independently when needed.

• Salary up to £28k, depending on experience
