Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, operate, and develop products to meet customer requirements on time and within budget
• Design systems and test specifications to fulfil requirements
• Complete testing and validation of systems against objectives to validate designs
• Proactively re-engineer existing products to reduce costs while maintaining product quality
• Ensure efficient and consistent translation of products from development to production
• Support the sales team in producing technical information and cost estimates for bids.
• Collaborate with customers to agree on requirements, provide progress updates, control changes, and deliver to acceptance criteria
• Provide technical support for products throughout their lifecycle
• Build strong relationships with preferred suppliers and encourage their contribution to new product development
• Identify and define work packages and tasks required for timely, high-quality project delivery
• Report project and technical progress to internal stakeholders on behalf of the department
• Coordinate product handovers from Engineering to Production

Essential Experience Requirements:

• Hold a BEng Degree or Master's Degree in electronic or Mechatronics Engineering, or hold a number of years relevant experience in a similar role
• At least 5 years' experience, involved in full product life cycle from initial product design through to product test and sign off
• PCB Design, ideally using Altium
• Strong understanding of component selection / sourcing, component obsolescence, component compliance
• Hold a British Passport with the ability to obtain UK Security Clearance

Were seeking two experienced mental health professionals to work collaboratively with education settings, with children, young people and their families and the care community that support them. The post-holders will work under supervision across a range of education settings to deliver high-quality, evidence-based early interventions for children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health needs. They will be required to attend supervisor training to enable their ability to work as EMHP supervisors. Your new school The role would working for a charity that is responsible for working with vulnerable children and families, based in South Birmingham. The role is to start as soon as possible and will be from Monday to Friday, 9.00 am -5.00 pm each day and will be an all year round role. This is a long term temporary role.

Your new role
The role is a pressurised role where you will support in the running of Centre. Duties will include:

• Attending and minuting key meetings
• Participating in weekly referral process working and liaising with other professionals/agencies
• Responsibilities around facilities management such as security and safety systems, reporting and following up repairs
• Supervise the provision of and ensure there is an effective service user friendly reception service
• Supervise the provision of efficient office systems, e.g. dealing with enquiries, message taking, room booking and staff movement systems
• Dealing with incoming enquiries/requests
• Use of IT systems, particularly MS applications and information recording systems
• Ordering consumables, supplies and equipment as required
• Line management of administrators and caretaker
• Any other duties as required
