We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Neighbourhood Officer to join a team based in Slough, for a full time, temporary contract with an initial contract period of 3 months. This is a hybrid role and involves a mix of remote working and patch management. The Senior Neighbourhood Officer position will deliver excellent housing management services, ensuring that operational performance is high and continues to improve. Requirements

• Extensive experience in Housing

Role Expectations

• Monitor budgets for which you are responsible within timescales and ensure expenditure is in accordance with budget, procedures and levels of delegated authority and audit requirements and take action when discrepancies occur
• Participate in the delivery of an out of hours service, undertake temporary relief emergency cover including participation in the emergency plan
• Work in partnership with key stakeholders and represent the council on key groups when necessary.

The pay range for the role is £23.00 to £25.00 per hour LTD company rate. The PAYE equivalent is £19.61 to £21.31 per hour, inclusive of holiday.

Abernethy Primary School and Nursery is a beautiful place to work. Our relatively new building offers bright, spacious playrooms where our nursery children can develop in a nurturing environment. As Senior Early Childhood Practitioner (ECP) you will provide effective management support to the Head Teacher and take a lead role in all aspects of children’s early education and childcare as required and directed by the Head Teacher. You will take a lead role in a team of skilled practitioners who support and respond to the individual needs of all children and families within the nursery.

As the Senior ECP, you will assist in the organisation and management of the nursery to ensure high quality care and education for children.

A leading Logistics company specialising in providing global shipping and supply chain solutions is looking for an experienced and passionate "Senior Air Export Operator".

This fantastic company provides transportation and consultation services in the Colnbrook area and has been operating for more than 40 years now.

Job Role involves ( this is not an exhaustive list) :

•Contact shippers.
•Arrange collections.
•Cut MAWB & HAWBs, displaying knowledge of country requirements, IATA rates & airline requirements ie operator variations, Promo references etc.
•Demonstrate negotiations with airlines for maximum margin.
•Complete Customs entries and have knowledge of slightly more complex procedure codes. (IPR, BONDED, EXPORT LICENCING etc).
•Provide quotations & understand market rates.
•High customer service levels throughout providing agents post flights, departure advice etc.
•Additional bonus qualifications – Dangerous Goods trained & Aviation Security trained up to level CO (Cargo Operative).
•Ability to provide a safety net to ensure nothing is missed.
•Adhere to a fast-paced environment with strong email management & response time.
Any knowledge outside of Airfreight is welcomed.
For our AirFreight Imports, CDS experience is useful.
