We currently have a career opening for a Sr. Engineer, Information Security and Risk, who will play an IT Privacy Compliance Program Run Lead role focused on driving IT Privacy Controls & Compliance for the organization.

Job Overview:

This role is a leader position within the team and requires having an in-depth understanding of local, national and international privacy and security regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) as well as relevant control frameworks to drive compliance to those regulatory requirements such as NIST, ISO, etc., while working with members of the Information Security and Risk Management team as well as privacy leaders in Legal, Ethics & Compliance and our various businesses throughout the Cardinal Health enterprise.  Senior Engineer will be responsible for managing operational activities (i.e., “Run”) of the IT Privacy Compliance Program, including confirming all assessments are completed, issue management and maintaining operational metrics. 

Daily Responsibilities:

• Leader over the “Run” activities of the IT Privacy Compliance Program as a Second Line of Defense (LOD) function.  Some of the key responsibilities include:
  • Create and manage calendar of IT Privacy Risk Assessments, while collaborating with appropriate risk functions to reduce redundancy of efforts, enhance reliance on Second LOD, and provide coverage across in-scope assets.
  • Lead management of all issues resulting from assessments to confirm appropriate stakeholder visibility and remediation recommendation, appropriate issue lead assignments, appropriate issue validation prior to closure, etc.
• Collaborate with IT Privacy Compliance Program Build Lead on driving overall success of the program.
• Build and implement metrics to report on effectiveness of the IT Privacy Compliance Program
• Partner with Legal counsel and Ethics & Compliance leaders to address regulatory or compliance requirements, issues, concerns or questions.
• Partner with IT and IT Security in the development of policies, procedures and practices in support of privacy and data protection compliance.
• Collaborate with IT and business leaders and team to provide guidance on doing privacy by design and remediating issues identified to enhance compliance to the regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to automate various privacy and data protection compliance activities to reduce the overall cost of compliance.
• Mentor members of the team on how to effectively perform compliance assessments, complying to IT privacy regulation requirements, consultation on issue remediation recommendations and alternative solutions, etc.
• Effectively manage and implement change throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years’ experience in related field
• Prior experience with key IT Privacy regulation compliance including HIPAA and GDPR compliance.
• Prior experience with control frameworks (e.g., NIST, HITRUST, COBIT, COSO, and ISO) to drive IT Privacy regulatory compliance.
• Prior experience working with Internal or External Audit functions are a plus.
• Experience with IT risk and controls identification and assessments including IT control design and effectiveness testing.

Job Description

The Senior IT audit Analyst will be responsible for leading, planning, organizing and executing IT internal audits throughout the Company (including system control reviews, business process controls, external IT Risk assessments, privacy, financial, operational, consulting and fraud investigation). Global Internal Audit is seen as an integrated function in that both business and technology controls are covered during the reviews. Entities to be reviewed may include international sales offices and shared service locations, Corporate and divisional functions, manufacturing plants, and 3rd party channel partners.

Our Overhead Transmission business seeks Senior Transmission Line Engineers with PLS-CADD experience to join its dynamic team in South Florida (100% telework) and work in a fast-paced environment, solving challenging problems involved with extra high voltage electric transmission line design. • Process defectives/recalls, and stock pulls accurately and promptly, ensuring that all boxes are properly labeled and include packing lists.
• Visually inspect associates' and leaders' packages and/or belongings at store closing or at the end of a shift.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to Guest Advisors in the absence of management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to the development of new laser subsystems in the areas of concept definition, predictive performance modeling, laser safety product implementation architecture and prototype performance modeling and validation. Lead and/or contribute to all laser systems engineering efforts related to new product development.
• Create specifications and define/refine requirements for laser subsystems with emphasis on performance and integration into sensor products.  Flow down full product system specifications to laser subsystems.
• Develop test setup for testing laser beam profile, boresight, range and spot detection, tracking and decoding (LST).
• Characterize NIR and SWIR cameras for imaging and LST applications.
• Responsible for laboratory testing and qualification of new laser subsystems.  Develop test plans, direct test setup, perform data collection, analyze data, and document results.
• Maintain the S&T Laser Laboratory.  Oversee laboratory daily operations, maintenance, and work to improve lab capabilities.
• Provide interdisciplinary design support.  Provide systems engineering support and coordination for ensuring optical, mechanical, software, and electrical design conformance to requirements of the overall system.  Work in conjunction with development teams to ensure that the design implementation will meet specification.  Ensure smooth transition to manufacturing, including documentation and tools to build and test each product.
• Provide business development support in the areas of new customer requirements analysis, laser performance modeling and fielding of technical inquiries.  Maintain knowledge of new technologies in the laser industry which are potentially applicable to our product lines.
• Make substantial contributions to technical presentations and technical reports, analysis, and proposals to customers.  Lead and support systems efforts for SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR etc.
• Provide laser systems engineering support to manufacturing, production and customer service groups as needed in support of existing products.  Contribute to laser product upgrades and obsolescence replacement efforts.  Take a leading role in troubleshooting technical problems.
• Support EO/SWIR/IR/LWIR imaging sensor screening, design verification test, and qualification test
• Mentor junior engineers.  Author and/or make substantial contributions to technical papers.  Participate in technical career development.
• As requested, collaborate with other FLIR business units on laser-related projects to ensure the success of product rollouts.  Collaborate on new laser-technology initiatives.  Survey new laser payload technologies and support their integration into new products.
• Perform the duties of the facility Laser Safety Officer (LSO), to lead facility adherence to appropriate safety standards.  Be responsible for all laser NOHD safety calculations.  Support laser FDA certification processes and exemptions management.

Job Qualifications:

• BS in physics, engineering or optical science.  MS preferred. 
• Proven direct experience of at least 8+ years ( Senior) or Principal ( 12 years) developing and/or implementing/testing laser-based systems, i.e, rangefinders, designators, illuminators, and pointers)
• Proven related experience in infrared imaging sensing, laser spot detection, tracking,  and optical systems engineering. 
• In-depth understanding of solid-state lasers and laser components. Working knowledge of laser test equipment and measurement methods.
• Proven ability in both laser systems analytical modeling and extensive laboratory testing. Knowledge of laser safety protocols and NoHD calculations.
• In-depth understanding of infrared sensoring and imaging systems or subsystems.
• Good understanding or experience in upper level airborne, maritime, land, and handheld reconnaissance and surveillance systems needs for Laser range finders, designators, LSTs, illuminators and pointers

• Systems Embedded Software: Possess a general understanding of systems embedded software functionality, enabling effective collaboration with software engineers and ensuring hardware-software co-design.
• Component Selection: Evaluate and select appropriate components, including operational amplifiers, voltage regulators, and passive components, based on project requirements.
• Testing and Validation: Develop test plans and procedures, and work with the engineering team to validate and characterize analog designs, resolving any issues that arise.
• PCB Layout Support: Work closely with PCB layout designers to provide guidance and support to ensure proper placement and routing of analog components.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in analog circuit design.
• Strong knowledge of analog design principles, including amplifiers, filters, voltage references, and data converters.
• Strong knowledge of power supply design using either linear and switching topologies.
• Experience with mixed-signal design and integration.
• Familiarity with PCB design and layout considerations for analog and power circuits.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with CAD tools for schematic capture and PCB layout (e.g., Siemens PADS or Xpedition).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

How You Will Contribute:

Reporting to the Director, IT Finance Service Management, as a Senior Analyst, you will steward technical solutions and technical teams for multiple strategic projects focused on IT centric applications deployments across platforms such as Oracle EBS and a variety of SaaS applications.  A candidate should have experience providing functional expertise and lead technical roles on Oracle EBS projects. 

In this role, you can function as the Functional Lead and/or Technical Lead and will collaborate with subject matter experts to translate project objectives and requirements into solutions with other leaders on projects.  Your role will be expected to drive technical tasks through delivery. Candidate needs to demonstrate experience on medium to large scale projects/programs.

In this role, you should be able to demonstrate experience with the following:

• Partner with Business SMEs to prioritize requirements and estimate effort and resources
• Able to work as a technical lead on projects to contribute to the technical delivery functions including but not limited to configuration activities, integrations, technical build, driving testing cycles, and alignment of build to requirements.  You will work on efforts that impact Oracle  Finance and Supply Chain processes (for example: Order to Cash). 
• Define detailed Functional and Technical requirements for customizations, automations and integrations with Oracle EBS and partner with technical teams to design and test automations and integrations. Assist with the identification and resolution of complex and critically important issues.
• Ability to perform analysis using skills such as PL/SQL, SQL, Alteryx, or other tools to identify data issues, assess impacts, and provide details from a technical perspective to solve business problems or identify solution options.
• Demonstrate ability to prioritize, manage, coordinate, track, and report your work.
• Coordinate with IT Peers, Business Managers, Resource Managers and IT PMO Managers for resource assignments, project deliverables, issue resolution and escalation and overall delivery of work elements.

• Highly-experienced individual interested in progressing their career with proven history of successful technical/functional roles with Oracle applications and other relevant tools.
• Demonstrated knowledge of End to End Oracle Global Financial business processes with a focus on Order to Cash and the ability to translate requirements into Functional / Technical requirements.  General understanding of Oracle configurations and work products.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify solutions, and address business issues either individually or part of a team using relevant tools.
• Ability to provide leadership to business analysts and collaborate with customers and develop strategies and solutions of high business value
• Strong interpersonal skills including collaborating with business teams and ability to work independently with little hands-on supervision delivering across aggressive timelines
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Technology or related fields coupled with extensive project and program management experience.

Assets: 

• Experience in Oracle ERP-related projects, Oracle Cloud Fusion migrations.
• Knowledge of EDI and PL/SQL is an advantage
• Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view
• Candidate should be flexible to working US and India hours if needed.
• Experience on documentation creation (MD50, BR100, testing scripts)

Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools: Agile Project Management tools such as Jira, Rally or equivalent. SW development tools such as Toad. Microsoft Project, Visio, and all Microsoft Office Tools.
