About the Role:
- Marketing of vacant properties / space for leasing
- Ensuring all leasing matters such as new tenancies, renewals, terminations, etc. are followed through
- Tenancy management including handling of tenants’ requests & feedbacks
- Pre-marketing assessment on managed properties including market research
- Liaise with the landlord representatives on all tenancy matters including reports, seeking approvals and feedback
- Liaise with the site team on handing and taking over of units and upgrading, renovation and maintenance works of the managed properties
- Conduct site visits and inspections from time to time
- Preparing summary and updates for monthly meeting
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned whenever required
About You:
- A recognized Diploma with 2 years of working experience
- CEA license required
- Entry level candidates with no experience but with a good learning attitude are welcome to apply
