Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for a Customer Service Executive to work at their facility on Wrexham Industrial Estate
For the successful Customer Service Executive client is offering:
i. £21,862 per annum
ii. Monday - Friday - 9 am - 5:30 pm (Saturday Rota Approx 1 in 6 weeks once trained)
iii. Permanent role with a reputable company

The role – Customer Service Executive
i. Handling incoming calls ensuring KPIs are met
ii. Proactively manage the account ensuring that delayed orders and breakages are chased and communicated effectively
iii. To answer technical questions
iv. Inputting orders on the same day as they're received
v. To provide support with order entry and returns
vi. Accurate data entry
What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Executive:
i. Must possess an excellent telephone manner - ESSENTIAL
ii. Experience in dealing with customers
iii. Basic computer skills
vi. Must be able to work effectively as part of a team
