We are seeking a highly visible inspirational Head of Operations for our new Advanced Net Zero Innovation Centre (ANZIC) facility to work with the Senior Responsible Officer (SRO) to grow the operations, teams, and business impact of the significant investment made in this facility. ANZIC is a facility where we are co-locating our capabilities that support the design, manufacture, integration and testing of decarbonisation products and the post holder will be front and centre of the delivery and will be the focal point for engagements with the centre.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will report to the Head of Project Delivery within the Programme Delivery directorate, working in partnership with Transformation and Information Services. You will provide strong Programme Management to provide oversight and drive the work of the team, from a project management perspective, who are developing the systems and services to enhance our staff and student experience

This post is full time and fixed term for up to 12 months from the agreed start date.

We have a current opportunity for a Investment Project Manager on a permanent basis. The position can be based in Edinburgh or Glasgow. The organisation offers hybrid working where you will be based in the office 2 days per week with the rest being at home or on site. Travel throughout Scotland is required and a car allowance and mileage will be payable.

You will be expected to deliver and manage from inception to completion all capital investment projects for the organisation.

Main duties of the role will include:
* Undertaking surveys and the preparation of information relating to capital maintenance project
* The preparation of budget information relating to the projects allocated.
* Managing all capital maintenance projects allocated from the annual budget including roof coverings and kitchens & bathrooms
* Assisting with the sustainability policy and delivering agreed improvements.

Essential requirements for the role are:
* Relevant professional qualification in construction, surveying, maintenance, and/ or project management
* Experience in a similar or related role
* Experience in managing projects and financial monitoring and reporting

Salary - £30k minimum with uncapped comission

Hours - Monday to Friday 9-5pm

Duties and responsibilites:

* Achieve agreed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and KPI's
* Competent understanding of consultative, gap selling methodology
* Identify, qualify, engage, and acquire prospective clients based on a clear understanding of their needs
* Contributing to revenue growth by cross-selling associated products, events, or solutions
* Hosting online meetings with various stakeholders to present my clients products
* Understand and utilise CRM tools such as Sales force to track all pertinent account information and sales progress
* Deliver revenue in a linear manner in line with agreed targets
* Present linear forecasting (within agreed parameters) via CRM, supported by anecdotal evidence, to line manager
