Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Room Lead who possesses a natural flair for working with young children. You will play a vital role in driving and delivering outstanding practice, implementing engaging activities tailored to children’s interests, and ensuring their welfare and development.
As part of a passionate team, you will enjoy a supportive environment where you can develop your professional skills through a bespoke induction program. About our Room Manager role
As a Room Leader you will drive and deliver outstanding practice to help our future generation thrive and develop. Implementing a programme of activities along with planning for children’s individual interests will give you the fulfilment and rewards you need to end your day with a warm heart. Alongside this, you will promote the welfare of children, whilst ensuring safety, comfort and safeguarding is considered at all times. You will lead a team of fun and enthusiastic practitioners, to ensure they also drive the positive outcomes for children, whilst undergoing your own professional leadership development as you embark on your gradual bespoke induction.
You will be supported through your quality improvement ideas and work alongside a team of like minded leaders. We have always wanted Stationhouse to be a great place to work. Essential Criteria - Qualifications/Experience:

Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification - Essential

Over 1 year's experience working in Early Years - Essential

Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations to achieve a Good or Outstanding rating - Desirable

Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - Essential

Fluent in written and spoke to English - Essential
