As the Team Manager
We are seeking an experienced person to oversee our Friends and Family Social Work Team. In this role, you will be at the heart of driving impactful changes, ensuring high quality service delivery, and strengthening the bonds that support our families. Here is your chance to make a real impact and be a part of a forward-thinking, people-centred organisation.
You will have oversight of the day-to-day operations, ensuring our team delivers consistently high-quality social work assessments, support, and permanency. Your impact will be crucial in shaping our approach to supporting friends and family carers, overseeing the allocation, and conducting of Reg 24 and Viability Assessments and quality assuring, making sure our practices reflect the high standards we endeavour to provide.

Please be aware that this post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and that you will be required to meet the cost of the DBS check currently £49.52. The payment for this will be deducted from your first four months’ salary payments at a rate of £12.38 per month. If you do not commence employment for any reason but the DBS has been processed, you will be sent an invoice for the payment of £49.52.
