DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for managing all aspects of account program management, which operates in a (CFT) matrix management capacity with the following functional areas:  production, planning, materials management, quality, engineering, and new business development

• Assign priorities to multiple competing activities quickly and effectively, balancing short and long-term needs

• Responsible for monitoring and analyzing cost, revenue and profitability performance of programs, providing revenue forecasts and ensuring products are completed on time and within budget; provide pricing rationale and recommendations supporting quotations and proposals for new business opportunities

• Review and approve program expenditures within authority matrix.  Conduct review of financial results and variances with management team and ensure ROI.  Prepare monthly program financial and operational reports for management review, leading the management presentations and Customer Quarterly Business Reviews

• Responsible for ensuring that program operational metrics are in place and are effectively managed. Monitor key operational performance metrics such as on-time delivery, quality, responsiveness, price for value, and use of technology.  Review company performance to standards on a regular basis reacting to metrics by identifying root cause and solutions

• Assist with managing and executing new programs in accordance with budget, schedule, and technical objectives; leverage relationship with existing customers to identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts

• Responsible for ensuring customer projects meet the customer’s expectations and are delivered on-time. 

• Primary lead aligning stakeholders on deliverables, managing communication, championing meetings, and ensuring updates are provided to the customers in a timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required skill, knowledge, and abilities

• Minimum of four (4) years of progressive business management and/or manufacturing operations experience

• Two years in a Program Management role, preferred but not required

• Experience managing projects from concept through production; material control/scheduling, and cost accounting/budgeting

• Knowledge of manufacturing best practices such as Lean, 5S, and Kaizen is an asset

• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning Systems such as Oracle or similar systems

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Excellent management, communication and people skills required to influence and manage multiple resources, most of which are not under direct authority. Skilled in conflict resolution and negotiation

• Must have excellent judgment, technical, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify complex problems and see them through to resolution

• Demonstrated ability working with complex reports and MRP database systems

• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedures

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public

• General understanding of financial concepts (i.e., budgeting and analysis) as well as planning, scheduling, and forecasting knowledge

About the Role:

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the commercial success of the Advanced Wound Care’s best in class portfolio of surgical products within a defined geographic area. Campaign Manager plans, coordinates, implements and oversees process and management of integrated marketing campaigns for a range of products and services. The Campaign Manager’s duties include hiring and briefing external agencies and freelancers, monitoring and assessing campaigns, and measuring the ROI of campaigns. What You’ll Be Doing: 

•  Devise marketing campaigns with the intent of creating leads and acquiring customers.
• Recruit, brief and manage contract or freelance staff to work on campaigns.

• Work with marketers across our team and in our company to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of multi-channel campaigns
• Plan seamless integration of competitive campaigns and alliance partner campaigns within the prescriptive buyer journeys and overall segment campaign plans
• Align with SDRs on results of top funnel campaigns, gain anecdotal feedback, and generate ideas for campaign optimizations
• Use marketing automation and email nurturing to engage and convert prospects and customers across the buyer journey
• Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward goal to stakeholders
• Document processes in handbook for transparency

Clinical Case Manager 

The Clinical Case Manager will be a member of our Clinical Center of Excellence.  This role will provide clinical expertise and serve as a critical link between all parties involved in disability cases.  Using MDGuidelines, which is the gold standard in clinical guidelines in this industry, the Clinical Case Manager will facilitate medically sound decisions, ensure absence and disability claims are administered effectively, and deliver compassionate care to our client employees. 

You will

• Serve as primary resource on team managing medical disability and accommodation cases.
• Present cases to a panel that includes physicians in weekly “round table/touch point” meetings which requires dynamic communication, critical thinking, negotiation skills, holistic case conceptualization, and proactive case management planning.
• Display a professional/corporate presence and presentation style with the ability to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills when questioned on your case management plans. 
• Consult on medical, behavioral health, and accommodation claims as needed, if within the scope of licensure and clinical expertise.
• Assist employee-client in making informed choices via patient advocacy in alignment with Medical Disability Guidelines (MDG) and employer-based benefit plans and/or laws regulating disability management.
• Act as a liaison between all parties required in case management to facilitate continuous communication and consensus.
• Act as liaison to client’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to facilitate coordination of care and promote referrals to best in class behavioral health providers.
• Provide documentation, feedback, and reports to diverse occupational populations with an underlying emphasis on returning medically able individuals to productive endeavor.
• Manage caseload efficiently, organizes priorities, provides timely intervention and maintains sensitivity to confidential records.
• Ensure quality standards for case management are met; implement Reed Group’s continuous quality improvement process whenever efficiencies or quality standards are not met.
• Drive return to work process from beginning of case to closure.

You have

• Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or comparable license with experience, with working knowledge of disability, client processes, and case management.
• Minimum of 5 years medical advisory experience in occupational health, worker compensation, disability, health case management, or utilization review.
