An exciting opportunity has arisen for aAftersales Manager with 3 years' experience in motor industry to join a well-established new and used car dealership,offering excellent benefits.
As a Aftersales Manager, you will oversee the service department, aiming to achieve revenue, utilisation, and profit targets while ensuring a safe working environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Manage workshop operations, including estimating, invoicing, and compliance.
- Lead and motivate the service department team.
- Drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee warranty claims and account management.
- Promote departmental marketing initiatives and enhance customer retention.
- Ensure adherence to manufacturer standards and dealership policies.
What we are looking for:
- At least 3 years' experience in motor industry.
- Exceptional organisational and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Full UK driving licence required.
Shifts:
- Monday - Friday: 08:00am - 5:30pm
- Saturday (on rota): 08:30am - 12:30pm
