Summary:

The DMV (D.C., Maryland, Virginia) Marketing Manager is responsible for managing a variety of strategic marketing efforts in their market—including building and maintaining the OneDigital brand overall and managing initiatives to drive growth and engage customers. This position works hand in hand with the Senior Regional Marketing Manager, market-level sales and client service teams in support of the growth and retention plans as determined by the DMV senior leadership team. This position works closely with the other field marketers in the market, region, and the corporate marketing team.

The Marketing Manager requires an understanding of OneDigital’s business, vendor management expertise, professional communication acumen to manage important internal and external communications, and attention to detail as it relates to strategic initiative management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accountable for delivering on specific strategic priorities as part of our marketing strategy that drive profitability, brand consistency, and overall market growth 
• Collaborates with national marketing team in developing goals, strategies and management practices that will ensure in-region dynamic sales growth and industry-leading client retention;
• Fosters and develops relationships with local office leaders in order to exceed the sales and retention goals for the office;  
• Manages brand awareness activities in the region, including regional buzz-building, event marketing, key market messaging and execution;
• Works with OneDigital’s corporate marketing team to develop the voice of the region and ensure it is articulated clearly in region-facing marketing messages;
• Oversees content development, execution and management for all marketing channels, including media (online and print), website and social, and branded collateral (including videos);
• Researches and develops messaging that resonates with ideal customers; collaborates with leadership, sales, and service teams to understand customer needs and develop insight-based messaging and collateral to support;
• Manages and implements regional marketing plans—including digital lead generation activities, D4M campaigns, webinars, and PR; leverage customer data to improve customer experience and outcomes
• Works closely with regional leadership to develop an enablement strategy to ensure colleagues have efficient and effective access to the right resources for their customers
• Manages local market relationships with PR firm, journalists and media, and works with OneDigital’s national PR service provider as needed;
• Design and deliver innovative in-person and virtual events, and peer forums;
• Plan and execute industry events, developing print collaterals/website messaging, and executing marketing automation activities; consults local office leaders on event marketing best practices;
• Collaborates with leaders to monitor, analyze and present results of marketing efforts to stakeholders;
• Works with Sales, Client Services and IT to maintain, scrub and renew data used for digital marketing initiatives;
• Represents marketing in acquisition activities in the region, and works in conjunction with the corporate team to support the onboarding process for acquisitions in the region overall.

About the role

Job Overview:

Reporting to the Facility Manager and the Regional Safety Manager, the Safety Manager role will span strategic, tactical, and transformational safety and health management activities.  In addition to managing the facility’s safety program, the Safety Manager will oversee the employee training program and assist with the daily execution of the facility safety and health activities. The Safety Manager will also be called upon to contribute to the broader facility management team and provide leadership to process improvement and best practice deployment, demonstrating the right values and behaviors with high emotional intelligence in working with a disbursed stakeholder base, often on critical schedule projects.  You may be asked to help mentor or assist other Safety Program Managers at other locations or to help develop and implement corporate initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively lead in the management of the facility’s health and safety programs, processes, and policies.
• Monitor regulatory compliance, maintain facility safety records, compliance with Covanta safety program requirements, and OSHA VPP efforts.
• Implement, motivate, educate, and enforce Covanta’s safety and health policies.
• Manage the safety training program and ensure training is completed on applicable safety bulletins, memos, Safety Alerts, safety, and health procedures/programs, etc.
• With facility management, oversee contractor safety and health performance.  Ensure contractors are properly trained, use appropriate tools and equipment.
• Continually monitor the performance and effectiveness of the facility safety program and implement adjustments and improvements as needed.
• Actively monitor work safety in the field on a very frequent basis.  Conduct formal and informal safety reviews and follow-up reporting.  When necessary, stop potential unsafe behaviors in the field when observed and coach employees on the proper method.  Also provide positive recognition for safe behaviors.
• Work with plant personnel to secure accident scenes when appropriate, ensure the medical treatment of affected employee and/or contract employee, and investigate near miss, first aid, recordable injuries, on site vehicle incidents or incidents related to plant vehicles, and general safety concerns.  Assist/Coordinate recommendations for corrective actions and track to completion.  Manage accident investigations, root cause analyses, and related reporting.
• Work with plant personnel and contractors to ensure fire system inspection, testing, and functionality.
• Primary contact with the plant’s health clinic.  Schedule annual physical exams, hearing tests, and/or respirator evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (ideally in a safety and health or science-related area)
• Working knowledge of OSHA 1910 and 1926, or related state safety and health regulations in a Power Plant, Waste to Energy, Industrial or related field.
• 3 to 5 years Safety Experience as a leader
• 5 years Occupational Health and Safety experience in a Power Plant or related field experience to include knowledge of operations and maintenance in an industrial/power plant environment.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred.

What you will be doing:

As a Senior IT Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple work streams to deliver process and technical improvements/solutions, both on-premises and cloud-hosted systems, for the LTC Actuarial team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the LTC Actuarial team partnering closely with IT, business partners and vendors to help move our business into its next phase of growth. You will facilitate, educate, and collaborate with Actuarial team members on changes and tools, and gain Actuarial support for cloud migration plans. Additionally, you will serve as key point of contact in the design and development of responsive solutions. You will also be responsible for overseeing business and regulatory enhancements as well as break-fix follow-up.

The ideal candidate effectively prioritizes activities within resource constraints, identifies and documents business problems, gathers both business and system requirements, works with technical/functional leads to design and deliver innovative solutions. You will track project deliverables, manage issues/tasks, resolve roadblocks, and escalate when assistance is needed.

YOUR ROLE
As an Operations team member, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering world class customer service and capabilities to our policyholders—now and in the future. The Care Management Team Manager will have the exciting opportunity to strategically expand and advance Claims’ existing Care and Case Management teams, partnering with our Chief Medical Officer and other external parties. The Care Management Team Manager will lead a small team of both clinical and adjudication associates who will handle or review specific types of on/ post claims. This position will promote the provision of evidence-based, short-term case management services to long-term care insurance policyholders who have a high probability of recovering from a functional or cognitive loss.

What you will be doing

• Drive individual and team accountability, motivate, and manage the team to meet and exceed service goals to increase productivity, resulting in quality efficient service provision. Manage internal and external customer escalations, ensuring appropriate follow up. Develop Standard Operating Procedures and identify tracking methodologies.

• Communicate effectively with employees to provide coaching and feedback, identify development opportunities pertaining to personal and professional growth, and reinforce positive results, taking corrective action as necessary. Facilitate meetings to review complex claims and ensure appropriate risk management.

• You will work independently, in a team environment, and will manage and prioritize a work queue and multiple job responsibilities. You will identify process improvement opportunities, provide feedback on processes and the case management model, as well as be a critical team member in enhancing the team’s performance and results.

• Function as a liaison between the Care Management team and other Claims departments or Genworth departments who would benefit from partnership. Departments may include Intake, Payments, Customer Service, Government Relations, Legal/Compliance, and vendors.

• Develop and maintain partnerships with training, quality, compliance, legal, and other areas to reinforce system, departmental, and administrative procedures. Promote a sense of teamwork within the team and company. Work with leadership to understand business strategy, direction, tactical and strategic requirements and recommend process improvements as appropriate.

ADDITIONAL
The base salary pay range for this role starts at a minimum rate of $56,500 up to the maximum of $104,800. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible to participate in an incentive plan. Role Description: The Financial Reporting Manager will primarily be responsible for the preparation of the quarterly and annual financial statements of CoStar and supporting the completion of other regulatory filings. The position will also assist with the resolution of technical accounting matters such as the implementation of new accounting standards and conducting research of authoritative accounting guidance to ensure transactions are recognized in accordance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. The Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible for working with the external auditors and assisting them with test of controls, interim procedures, quarterly reviews and year-end audits. This position will help to ensure support schedules are accurate and provided to the auditors timely. This position will also serve as a point of contact for external auditor questions and may assist the internal audit department with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements as needed.    

Other responsibilities for this position include assisting with due diligence and purchase accounting procedures for acquisitions, coordinating with third party valuation experts for intangible asset valuations, and serving as a point of contact for external auditors’ questions related to acquisitions.

The Financial Reporting Manager should exhibit an in-depth knowledge of GAAP guidelines, SEC reporting requirements and auditor methodologies; strong ability to research, assess the impact and document technical accounting issues; strong project management, time management and organizational skills; strong work ethic; and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

• Own the beginning-to-end process of producing the Company's quarterly and annual SEC filings, earnings release, registration statements, and all other external financial reporting requirements including drafting the MD&A, financial statement disclosures and related footnotes, and maintaining a SEC reporting calendar.
• Partner with colleagues in other departments, including the internal Legal department and Investor Relations, in the drafting of Forms 10-Q and 10-K.
• Lead coordination with and provide support for internal and external audits and reviews of SEC filings.
• Coordinate the gathering and preparation of schedules to support financial statement disclosure.
• Monitor changes in US GAAP and SEC requirements and ensure accounting practices, reporting, and disclosures are in compliance.

• Plan and coordinate with planning, production, procurement, and the shipping receiving logistics teams to streamline accurate order fulfillment such as production kit pulls and material deliveries.

• Manage Inventory, generate detailed cycle counts in order to provide measurable inventory results, resolve discrepancies, and develop controls and procedures to minimize errors.

• Manage periodic physical inventory audits and training teams on inventory practices.

• Create inventory reports for both internal and external use.

• Identifies, prioritizes, develops and implements complex material flow management and cross-functional inventory control process improvement projects that include forward-thinking on project introduction/development/implementation.

• Oversees internal movements of products, creates policies and procedures for all internal material handling and assist in optimization of logistics processes.

• Develops and implements strategies to simplify process, improve accuracy, and improve operating efficiency.

• Manages and trains department personnel in roles and responsibilities.

• Supervises the packing of items and the verification of related paperwork.

• Directs inbound and outbound logistics operation activities.

• Oversees inventory of all shipping supplies, including boxes, packing materials, tape labels and any special supplies.

• Prioritizes shipping and receiving tasks including creating a timely and accurate delivery schedule.

• Determines cost effective shipping methods and verifies that complete orders have been shipped and received in accordance with requirements.

• Participates in carrier management processes, such as selection, qualification and performance.

• Files environmental certification applications.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) from a four- year college or university in Logistics or a related field and 10-15+ years of directly related experience and or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Summary

The Project Manager ensures that Flowserve meets our commitments on complex aftermarket orders related to repairs, upgrades, hydraulic rerates, and maintenance of rotating pumps and equipment for our customers in industries such as oil, chemical, pharmaceutical, municipal water/wastewater, and power. These complex projects involve technical challenges, substantial risk, and multiple service centers, and they may cross state and international boundaries. The position reports to the Services & Solutions Manager of Project Management, North America and the position is located in Rancho Dominguez, CA facility.

Responsibilities

• Leads kickoff meetings and phase gate meetings to coalesce strategies into actions. Identifies stakeholders and analyzes their expectations. 

• Proficient at contract review documentation and make sure it reflects what has been negotiated and ensure successful execution throughout the project lifecycle.

• Assists the project team to develop the scope of supply, to translate work breakdown structure into an activity-based schedule and to identify the critical path.  Helps the team to prepare key project management documents.

• Communicates project specifications, terms and conditions to key suppliers.

• Leads project review meetings and collaborates with all disciplines during the project, including engineering, operations, and sales, to ensure that Flowserve delivers on-time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Maintain a positive customer experience while tracking progress towards budget objectives. Monitors our on-time invoice submissions and cash collections.

• Develops communication plans.  Gathers and integrates reports, data, and information to communicate regular, accurate status and forecasts to all stakeholders, including customers.  Presents project progress to management on a routine basis.

• Identifies and manages risks by ensuring contingency plans are established for all key milestones and triggered if necessary.  Ensures that contract changes are documented, approved, and integrated into the project plans. 

• Captures lessons learned as they occur, then documents and shares them with stakeholders.

• Demonstrates a commitment to effective, standardized project management.  Motivates, coaches and influences team members to learn and use project management tools and to follow best practices. Engages personnel at Flowserve’s service centers to actively participate in project teams and to assist project management efforts.

• 20% overnight travel may be occasionally required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering. An equivalent of education and experience may be considered.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in rotating or fixed equipment and/or equipment packages will be required.

• 2+ years of experience in project management or related order fulfillment role within a manufacturing environment is required. 

• Deep understanding of project management concepts, with a high proficiency in project management tools and software.

• Deep understanding of the Root Cause Analysis, warranty process and natural drive towards quality.

• Strong understanding of how documents, materials, parts flow through the manufacturing environment.

• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills with the ability to speak and communicate effectively with various audiences at the site level. Capacity to effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors and managers at multiple levels of the organization.

• Firmly demonstrated mental and physical organizational skills to break down and sort work into tasks; to identify and order priorities; to establish, communicate, and execute schedules; and to maintain data and files that are current and retrievable.

The pay range for this role is $101,602.50 - $152,527.96 USD Annual, depending upon experience.
