Summary 

The MCS COP Help Desk Product Manager is a people & technical leader for a staff of 10-15 employees aimed to provide technology support services. The role is not related to IT Support for the CAE Enterprise directly, but for an external customer. This position will provide oversight and input into all areas of this staff’s operation including scheduling, SOPs, and functional infrastructure. This is a customer-facing position that will have daily workday engagements with the government program manager and PMO representatives.  Ideal candidates will bridge strong organizational skills, a baseline of technical skills and a working knowledge of the SOF community to lead the execution of a help desk. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing project implementation and execution through completion of construction. This position will assist the PDS Market Lead and Senior Leadership in the establishment and refinement of best practices of standards and excellence. About you and this role –

Dow has an exciting Improvement Manager supporting our HP2 Facility located at our Seadrift, TX site.

As the Improvement Manager, you lead the prioritization and implementation of all plant improvement opportunities and required implementation resources for High Pressure Polyethylene technology. You will partner with the Plant and Operations leaders to solicit and collect ideas, describe opportunities, and implement projects. You meet global business goals through optimization of the process technology, implementation of improvement projects and implementation of Most Effective Technology (MET). Responsibilities –

• Serves in a business leadership role leading the development and completion of technology plans supporting global business and functional strategy by application of the continuous improvement work process.
• Leads the continuous improvement work process to develop and implement Plant Specific Technology Plans in alignment with the Global Technology Plan including data collection, gap analysis, idea generation, prioritization, improvement project implementation, and review of results.
• Coordinates and leverages globally, the resources required for implementation of the Technology plans .
• Monitors and measures implementation of the technology plans.
• Provides input for improvement of work practices and priorities using plant and improvement project data.
• Interfaces with the business and participating in business plan technology development.
• Works with the technology center to set priorities for MET definition needs.
• Provides coaching and direction on goals and plans for Improvement Engineers.
• Ensures validation of project performance objectives after implementation Problem solving g/troubleshooting ability.
• Has an in-depth understanding of technology and work practices.
• Serves as a change agent for driving technology.

Qualifications –

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering or a science related discipline OR relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E6 ranking OR Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class ranking.
• At least 4 years engineering, manufacturing or related experience required.
• A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States.  No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.

Preferred Skills –

• Chemical Engineering degree preferred.

What You Will Achieve
Vaccine Account Managers (VAM) collaborate with Pfizer partners to grow appropriate use of Pfizer Vaccines and the overall immunization rates of organized customers by identifying shared objectives, aligning resources and deploying innovative solutions to achieve targeted clinical and business results.

This is accomplished through identifying, prioritizing, and managing opportunities to affect access, immunization practices, programs, education, and processes that will increase the appropriate use of Pfizer vaccines. A VAM’s primary focus is to ensure access to the Pfizer vaccine portfolio by leading contract negotiations with assigned customers and to improve immunization rates through the development of productive relationships with key decision makers.
Areas of customer focus include but are not limited to administrative and decision making roles of all levels at integrated health systems, large hospital systems, health insurance plans, state departments of health, county/city health departments, coalitions, military accounts (VA/DoD), advocacy groups/coalitions, and CBOs. Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of the complexities associated with the changing healthcare environment are critical to the VAM role in assessing how these changes affect the various customer segments we serve. How You Will Achieve It

• Form collaborative partnerships with decision-makers at large integrated delivery networks and medical groups to conduct needs assessments and deliver compliant solutions that will increase access and the appropriate use of Pfizer vaccines.

• Negotiate and manage contracts with targeted Integrated Delivery Networks, Medical Groups and Buying Groups. Enable such through collaboration with PCA contracting team and alignment to brand contracting strategy

• Develop productive relationships with decision makers at managed care organizations and other health plans to ensure access and the appropriate use of Pfizer vaccines and programs. This includes a clear understanding of the commercial, Medicaid and Medicare landscape as it relates to the availability of Pfizer vaccines.

• Develop productive relationships with State Department of Health Immunization Program Management to understand state policies and ensure the implementation of the appropriate tactics to maximize utilization of Pfizer Vaccines, decrease disparities, and improve overall immunization rates. This includes calling on the largest public (VFC & FQHC/RHC) clinics and practices in coordination with local and regional sales partners.

• Lead the local coordination of internal colleagues at targeted accounts through communication and collaboration to ensure alignment across various stakeholders to maximize opportunities and enable pull through of access opportunities with the Pfizer Vaccines Portfolio.

• Collaboration partners include but are not limited to vaccine sales, pharmacy, institutional sales, government relations, medical, PCA (Payer and Channel Access), IM, Oncology, I&I Account Management and marketing teams.

• Prioritize customers, opportunities and projects to maximize impact; leveraging all available data sets and stakeholder maps input to optimize decision making.

Understanding the impact this legislation has on access to pneumococcal and meningococcal immunizations across various customer segments and internal partners. Be a local expert on these areas and be ready to educate colleagues across Pfizer on insights gained.

• Provide the marketing and strategy teams with key local and customer specific insights that they can utilize in crafting new market-specific materials.

• Cultivate relationships and generate support from KOLs and organizational decision makers (public and private)

• Customers could include accounts with various scopes to include local, regional and national footprints.

• Maintain active customer plans and data sets via company planning resources (iPlan), actively maintaining and sharing such information with areas business partners

• Collaborate with local immunization panels, AAP & AAFP chapters, and coalitions to promote appropriate compliance with immunization practices

• Meet or exceed product performance objectives for assigned portfolio of vaccines. KPIs include, but are not limited to, vaccine portfolio utilization, Health IT / protocol development, contract closure and performance, and subjective peer and leader feedback, stakeholder maps, project management and account management skills.

Position Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity available to lead our Workday PATT (Payroll, Absence Management, and Time Tracking) team! This role will be responsible for ensuring the successful production support (post go-live) for Payroll, Absence Management, and Time Tracking.

As the PATT Manager, you should be comfortable troubleshooting and/or navigating relevant Workday modules. This role will actively contribute to the development of ERPA’s Workday AMS practice, and we’re looking for an innovative, strategic leader with the drive to make ERPA a Workday partner of choice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Workday PATT Consultants and act as a lead consultant on multiple client engagements with limited direction
• Understand client business requirements and provide guidance throughout design, configuration and prototype, and assist clients with testing and move to production efforts
• Support clients during annual events as needed, such as: Annual Talent/Performance, Merit, Open Enrollment, ACA, etc.
• Partner with Engagement Managers to keep them informed of project status, changes, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to ensure clear lines of communication and project alignment
• Accurately maintain forecast in a timely manner
• Partner with the Sales team and serve as a Subject Matter Expert while assisting with sales presentations, demos, and LOEs
• Stay up to date on industry knowledge, Workday enhancements, and be able to advise on Workday best practices
• Build strong relationships with clients, gained through trust and exceptional customer service

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
• 4+ years of experience designing and configuring Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking solutions for multiple customers is required.
• 2+ years of experience as a Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking lead consultant at a partner firm is required.  
• The following Workday Partner certifications are required: Payroll, Absence Management, and Time Tracking.
• Workday Partner certifications must remain in Active status throughout employment with ERPA.
• Strong organizational skills are required. Must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with a detailed understanding of Workday PATT processes and best practices to make appropriate implementation recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, coupled with a desire to have fun while building something new (required)
