About The Role
We are seeking experienced people to join our team as Sales/Relationship Manager, PCM based in Singapore. The ideal candidate is responsible for leading and executing strategies for expanding our client base, with a focus on building and nurturing long-term relationships across a range of clients, especially family offices, but more broadly also institutional investors, and financial advisory firms. The ideal candidate will bring a consultative approach to sales, account management, and relationship-building, leveraging industry insights to drive business growth and strategic partnerships.
Some Of The Key Responsibilities Include
- Research and develop strategies to expand our client base by targeting high-potential sectors such as family offices.
- Support the origination and structuring of new deals by applying investor insights and market research, collaborating with the syndication team to adopt a consultative approach in aligning with client needs.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts, cultivating strong and lasting relationships to ensure sustained business development and satisfaction.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings, effectively communicating their value to clients, and fostering strategic partnerships beyond immediate business transactions.
- Establish and maintain strong connections with key stakeholders, including high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors, while consistently identifying new opportunities for collaboration and growth.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business and enhance existing relationships.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide strategic insights and value-driven recommendations to clients.
- Work closely with internal teams across functions to ensure seamless execution of client requirements and deliverables, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.
About You
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or relationship management, with a strong client-focused approach.
- At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in sales or account management roles. Background in financial services, business development, or professional services is a plus.
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, or corporate clients is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and build trust with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a focus on long-term relationship building.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver results.
- Experience in conducting meetings, presentations, and negotiations to support business growth.
