**ob Title:** Food Production cell leader

**Location:** Redditch

**Salary: £28,787 PERMANENT ROLE**

**Training period:** Mon- Fri 6am-3pm

**From September (once trained): Mon-Fri 2:30pm-10:30pm**

**From January you should be able to move to Mon- Fri 6am-3pm**

Purpose: To manage and control the daily running of production lines to the correct speeds/manning and maintaining the correct product quality.

****MUST HAVE 2 YEARS OVER EXPERICANCE IN A FOOD PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT****

* To understand the mechanics of the machinery and carry out tool changes and line changes each day
* Self-motivated and able to work to tight deadlines under pressure

* Work to good hygiene and housekeeping practices set out by the company, keeping your work area clean and tidy

Knowledge & experience:


* Experience in a fast chilled food manufacturing environment (Advantageous)
* Must be fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing to fulfil all aspects of the role i.e., being able to communicate in the business language (English), complete legal paperwork and understand company policies and procedures

* Strong communicator

* Team player who is comfortable "getting stuck in", and supportive to others

* Motivational and positive attitude

* Adaptable and can take the initiative.
