A day in the life of a Chef Manager:



- Hot and cold food production for the deli grab & go and hot counter food service for both breakfast and lunchtime.
- You will be organising and coordinating hospitality – alongside leading the team to ensure tasks are appropriately allocated and food preparation activities are delivered using standard recipes and in line with Aramark brand standards.
- Accountable for stock flow and rotation of products.
- Placing orders and stock rotation, carrying out regular stock takes and completing the relevant back office paperwork.
- Handle customer complaints as required.
- Direct and coach team members to learn procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks, ensuring all training and development needs are met.





You will be set up for success if you have:



- Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have a legal right to work

Job Description

As a retail manager your responsibilities include overseeing operations, supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, upholding food safety standards, monitoring finances, and collaborating on marketing efforts.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the financial goals and work towards achieving them.

• Ensure that all financial reporting on evolution ( sales ,purchasing and accruals as well as client reporting is completed in a timely fashion; accurately and efficiently and in line with BaxterStorey procedures.

• Ensure a weekly stock take is carried out on a weekly basis and have sufficient par stock levels of all products required to deliver the Operation.

• To be responsible for ensuring storage areas are kept organised and cleaned and any maintenance or repairs are reported
