You'll manage schedules, coordinate seamless meetings, draft key communications and handle expenses. The role will also involve overseeing general admin duties. Acting as the first point of contact, you'll represent the Directors, handle queries, organize travel and events, and support the wider people teams. Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Contract Term: 12 months Fixed Term/Secondment
Location:Whitbread Court, Dunstable, LU5 5XE with hybrid working (minimum of 3 days a week in our Dunstable campus)

What you'll do:
Organize and maintain diaries, to review and adapt schedules for productive, prioritized plans.
Coordinate meeting logistics and prepare agendas to ensure meetings are well-planned, with clear objectives and desired outcomes.
Support with researching and preparing confidential and sensitive reports and drafting key business communications.
Manage expenses, ensure proper budget allocation, and assist with budget reporting.
Act as the first point of contact internally and externally, handling queries, representing the People Director team, and managing calls and visitors.
Organize travel, events, team days, and meetings, ensuring logistics, agenda creation, and presentation coordination are handled efficiently.
What you'll need:
Extensive experience supporting multiple directors simultaneously, demonstrating the ability to manage and prioritize the needs of high-level executives.
Proven track record of working within a corporate FTSE250 business, showcasing an understanding of the complexities and demands of a large organisation.
Proficient in diary management, with a keen eye for detail to ensure the Director's schedules are optimized.
Skilled in travel management, capable of organising detailed itineraries and handling all logistics to ensure smooth, timely travel arrangements.
Adept at liaising cross-functionally across the wider business, working seamlessly with various corporate functions to facilitate communication and collaboration.
