• Grow regional/team revenues, meet and exceed annual sales growth targets

• Bachelor’s degree required

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Job Description

Position Summary and Responsibilities:

This Finance Director/Senior Manager will oversee all finance activities for Teledyne LeCroy’s Test and Measurement Group. Primary activities include providing financial analysis and counsel to multiple vice presidents and general managers regarding business results and actual performance against plans and forecasts in a multi-facility/multi-division global environment.

• This individual will have overall responsibility for preparing financial statements, reports and analysis for our business. This individual will prepare and maintain a complete set of financial statements which includes a balance sheet and related financial reporting information including a profit and loss statement, summary of cash flows and supplemental financial information.
• Additionally, this individual will be responsible for preparing the annual business plans, monthly forecasts and capital budgeting, as well as oversee the financial statements prepared for other affiliates within Teledyne’s T&M Group.
• Works closely with assigned vice presidents and general managers in the areas of financial and business reporting to include: proactive analysis of business trends, forecasting and budgeting, government proposals and reporting requirements and working capital management.  Partner with VPs and General Managers in developing, monitoring and evaluating overall corporate strategy with emphasis on top and bottom line performance and maximizing working capital and cash flows. 
• Prepare quarterly finance and business updates alongside Teledyne LeCroy Management; participates in the quarterly OPS Review with Teledyne’s executive management.
• Identify, analyze, and implement initiatives in support of 80/20 metrics and goals.
• Actively participate in the ERP/IT system implementation project. T&M is consolidating several IT systems into one IT system. Additionally, drive the change management of the business processes to support this initiative.
• Establish, maintain and document strong internal control processes meeting Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance requirements. Ensure internal controls are functioning effectively across the group.  Communicate with internal and external auditors as required.
• Develop and train financial staff to ensure accounting records and financial reporting is prompt, accurate and meets business requirements. Motivate and lead a high performance Finance Team; attract, recruit and retain required members of the management and finance team; provide mentoring as a cornerstone to their management career development program.  Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment. 
• Establish and maintain a set of key financial performance indicators for prompt decision-making.
• Act as a liaison to appropriate corporate executives regarding the understanding our goals and objectives.
• Manage strategic/business planning process and effectively oversee the multi-location/multi-currency accounting and treasury Finance Teams.  Ensure proper global consolidation and accounting supports key management initiatives.
• Manage information gathering process for federal, state, local and international tax compliance obligations.

Qualifications:

• Accounting/Finance degree required
• Knowledge of accounting, budgeting, forecasting and cost control principles including generally accepted accounting principles
• Experience in a manufacturing environment

ROLE SUMMARY:  

Although rare, Multiple Myeloma is the second most common hematologic malignancy worldwide, with a 5 year survival rate of 54% and high rate of relapse on therapies currently considered Standard of Care. The current Multiple Myeloma marketplace has an estimated value of ~ $32B in most major markets by ‘2024. B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) is a novel target that is highly active in MM, with multiple recently approved medications across different modalities. This role provides a unique opportunity to join Pfizer’s Elrexfio team as we bring this breakthrough to patients. 

Elrexfio (elranatamab) is approved across 6 global markets including in the US and EU, for Relapsed/Refractory Multiple Myeloma in the Triple Class Exposed setting. Additional approvals and launches in this indication are expected throughout 2024, and there are 4 Phase 3 trials of Elrexfio currently enrolling, which investigate use earlier in MM treatment.

The Global Marketing Director, Elrexfio will report to the Global Marketing Lead, Elrexfio, and will be responsible for leading HCP marketing and brand strategy to maximize the brand opportunity across the lifecycle. Key areas of responsibility will include driving HCP strategies and execution to differentiate Elrexfio currently and in future indications within an increasingly crowded and dynamic MM market, optimizing the omnichannel mix, overseeing CI and competitive insights, and supporting regional and local pull through.   

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:  

With minimal supervision responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

Lead and manage the brand value proposition 

• In partnership with Business Insights and ensuring a diversity of sources, conduct market research to inform Patient Journey, Competitive Landscape and Positioning, with particular attention to future indications 

• Work closely with the Global Governance Team to own and evolve the core brand strategy and positioning for future indications 

• Optimize overall differentiation message relative to SoC and competition for HCPs and align to value proposition for other stakeholders, including market access, patients, regulators and policy

• Lead scenario planning in earlier lines and evolve brand positioning to pull through differentiation in future indications

Content/Brand development (cross-stakeholder) 

• Responsible for executing Core Content package for HCPs

• Liaise with key global cross functional stakeholders involved in the development and approval of the content including but not limited to legal, regulatory, and medical colleagues 

• Develop global guidance to optimize omnichannel execution in market and strategically allocate resources to maximize the value of globally-developed materials and channels (e.g., congress, training, speaker training) 

Ensure continued value proposition of Multiple Myeloma Franchise  

• Partner with Pfizer Competitive Intelligence team and cross-functional CI team to monitor competitive landscape across current and future indications, continuously driving alignment on implications, while projecting and tracking key catalysts, including competitive timelines 

• Lead team in leveraging CI to inform brand strategy, optimize differentiation, and develop competitive scenarios 

• Build and refine target product profiles to align with key stakeholder needs and incorporate clinical, regulatory, medical, and market access considerations 

• Integrate latest data and evidence into promotion working with the markets to optimize approach to messaging on maturing pivotal endpoints, real-world evidence, key sub-analyses, and quality of life 

• Drive HCP advisory boards/panels, and KOL stakeholder engagements through coordination with the Hematology KOL Strategy Lead 

Team leadership  

• Based on HCP stakeholder needs, ensure alignment of Elrexfio commercial strategy with clinical program, regulatory strategy and label, and real-world data plan to support key claims 

• Mentor and indirectly manage 2 global senior managers and 1 manager supporting HCP tactical execution 

• Support the annual operating plan process, long range forecasting, and oversee tactical plan development and budgeting 

• Manage key agency and vendor relationships to drive effective execution 

• Conduct all activities and make all decisions in accordance with Company policies & SOPs, Pfizer Values & global regulatory guidelines 

QUALIFICATIONS:

The Analytic Transformation & Governance Team is the central pillar for propelling a rapid transformation within the recently formed Commercial Analytics & AI (CAAI) organization at Pfizer. This organization is made up of various functional areas including Insight Strategy & Execution, Market Research Insights, Data Science and AI, and Analytic Engineering. Our core objective is to facilitate and guide this organization through its transformative journey by delivering crucial initiatives, tools, and capabilities. As a key player in Pfizer's commercial transformation, our team takes the lead in defining and driving critical analytic priorities and governance necessary to achieve our goals.

We are seeking a Director, Analytic Strategic Initiatives – Governance who will lead Analytic Budget Planning, Reporting and Governance for the CAAI organization.  This role will work closely with Senior Leaders in CAAI, Finance, Chief Marketing Office, and People Experience to meet our budget planning, spend tracking, and cost governance needs.

This is an important role as budget captain for an organization of 350+ people and 5 verticals and accountability for overseeing a budget in the ~$200M+ range.  The Director of Analytic Strategic Initiatives is a respected trust partner to Senior Leaders with deep technical expertise and ability to develop, manage, and execute programs and processes related to budget management, budget governance, and analytics ROI. This role will balance the needs of multiple stakeholders and functional teams within the CAAI organization, making sound recommendations based on data, analytics, solid tracking and judgement.

The desired candidate embodies a holistic skill set essential for this role.  A seasoned self-started who possesses ability to influence without direct authority. A robust track record in project management, particularly overseeing budget reporting, budget tracking, and governance for large organizations. Role Responsibilities:

Budget Management

• Provide accurate budget and headcount tracking information to senior leaders, supporting strategic decision-making.

• Provide monthly budget and headcount tracking commentary to CAAI leadership.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and quantify benefits derived from analytics-driven initiatives – cost savings, cost avoidance, and overall business impact.
• Create standardized reporting templates and dashboards to communicate analytics ROI metrics and success stories to stakeholders, including senior leadership and key business partners.
• Lead efforts to identify and prioritize success stories involving significant cost savings, cost avoidance, and other measurable business outcomes, leveraging quantitative analysis and storytelling techniques.
• Conduct regular assessments and analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of analytics investments and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on analytics ROI measurement and reporting best practices, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, finance, marketing and/or analytics, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare space
• BA/BS required, MBA or advanced degree in a related field preferred but not required.

This role will work closely with senior business stakeholders in the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) organization and other organizations within Pfizer, act as a strategic partner and drive performance tracking and reporting for commercial performance, including product performance outcome reporting, omnichannel engagement activities, executive dashboard, and reporting, etc. This role will also lead the efforts in standardizing and centralizing the commercial reporting eco-system and help implement industry best practices in performance reporting and insights generation processes.

Commercial Performance Reporting & Tracking

• Provide thought partnership in building and standardizing commercial reporting eco-system

Reporting to the Customer Insights Lead, the person in this role will lead a team responsible for all global market research efforts for pipeline oncology assets by providing unbiased, objective, in-depth insights to inform business decisions, including tumor strategies and pivotal go/no-go decisions.

Global Credit Financing (GCF) is a financing business focused on the origination, financing, and securitization activities of various debt based products for the Bank’s core clients. GCF is a product vertical under the Global Markets Financing and Resource Management Group (GMF-RMG) which manages the allocation, deployment, and optimization of financial resources such as capital and balance sheet on behalf of and across the Global Markets Division.

The successful candidate will help originate and structure U.S. residential mortgage financing and ultimately help execute residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) securitizations.  The role operates in a fast-paced trading floor environment. The incumbent’s mandate is to focus on activities that will help drive the growth of the GCF business in the US. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Major Activities:

• Preparing any necessary documentation and assisting in the process for internal deal review and approval.

• Responsible for helping with the growth of the desk’s strategy and efforts by developing and executing strategic plans to expand our product market-share and develop potential new products

ROLE SUMMARY

The Oncology Solutions Acct Director (OSAD) is a Customer-Facing colleague and integrated cross-functionally into the KAM Region they support.  The individual in this role will work across a broad, multi-disciplinary group of regional account stakeholders to develop patient-driven solutions, creating opportunities for Pfizer Oncology portfolio products within key accounts across the community, academic and IDN Oncology Service Line segments, with a particular focus on those with scale, resources and orientation toward population health.

The majority of the OSAD’s time will be working directly with customers, KAMs, cKAMs, and Commercial Dx teammates to develop deep customer insights to:

• Advance simple, efficient, & effective execution of population health solutions
• Drive scalability and acceleration of similar engagements at other accounts (across their region and their team into other regions)
• Evolve brand & disease state approach

Specifically, the OSAD in Oncology uniquely must also help take on account management commitments across an Oncology portfolio of unprecedented size that now span more than 15 products and more than 8 therapeutic areas, requiring a division in scope.  While Oncology KAMs retain their role as primary relationship managers of key Oncology accounts for the full portfolio, communicators on oral contracts, and owners of breast cancer (mBC), GU cancer (aPC – CSPC, mUCC) and hematology (multiple myeloma); the OSAD role will be focused in several areas

• Take primary accountability for Lung Cancer, mRCC, mCRPC, and Melanoma
• Advanced precision medicine initiatives
• Innovating in approaches to impacting duration of therapy with accounts (can include supporting breast and bladder efforts)
• Mastering SDoH and health equity space to develop SOC adoption/guideline concordant care opportunities at accounts
