What you’ll need to do the role:

The postholder will be responsible for representing the Trust in relation to estates optimisation across the ICS and H&CPs. The Region Director Clinical Ethics establishes the structure and processes for Ethics Committees and Ethics Consultation teams throughout the Peaks Region and works toward full implementation of Proactive Integrative Ethics. The Region Director provides on call support when needed to all Care Sites in the Peaks Region for complex situations.

The Region Director Clinical Ethics reports directly to the Region Vice President Ethics and Church Relations and works collaboratively and in close communication with Regional Vice Presidents of Mission Integration, Mission leadership, Ethics Committee Chairs, clinical staff, and the Chief Catholic Mission Officer.

As the Region Director of Clinical Ethics, you will:

• Continue to build the Ethics infrastructure to fully implement, support and maintain Proactive Integrative Ethics at all care sites in a manner that supports and demonstrates value to patient care and the patient experience.

• Collect and compile statistical information to demonstrate the value of Proactive Integrative Ethics on patient care, length of stay, readmission rates, and in terms of financial return on investment, etc.

• In collaboration with the chairs of the care site ethics committees, assess the needs of each Ethics Committee, and develop and deliver a structured plan to educate and equip Ethics Committees and Consultation Teams to function with a high degree of skill and autonomy.

• Continue to build consistency in the structure and delivery of Clinical Ethics throughout the Peaks Region.

• 24-hour availability in providing support to Ethics Committees is required, as well as periodic coverage for the Region Vice President Ethics and Church Relations.

• Round with ICU teams and other high utilization care teams providing education and assistance in implementing Proactive Integrative Ethics.

• Provide education, seminars, materials, and presentations to nursing, medical and support staff, residency programs, and other identified groups on Clinical Ethics and Proactive Integrative Ethics.

• Be accountable for compliance with the Ethical and Religious Directives for Health Care Services.

• Assess and develop a plan for proactive integrative ethics support and education in the ambulatory (clinic) setting.

• Support and provide presentations and training in collaboration with the Formation programs developed and offered by the Formation department.

 

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Ethics or equivalent education, required

• Doctoral degree, preferred

• Clinical health care ethics experience, required. Along with demonstrated evidence of understanding and ability to represent and apply the moral teachings of the Catholic Church to clinical ethics matters.

• Experience in ethics collaboration in a broad spectrum of healthcare environments, required

• “Healthcare Ethics Consultant – Certified”, preferred

Knowledge: Demonstrates a thorough familiarity with a fluency in the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services and understanding of the Catholic moral tradition in pluralistic contexts.

Communication skills: Ability to communicate with a wide variety of associates, clinicians, patients, and leadership. Excellent presentation skills are required with fluency in developing electronic presentations. Proficiency in collaboration and networking skills are required. Strong oral and written communication skills are required.

Ability and discipline to work semi-autonomously: Is able to work and meet task expectations with minimal amount of direct supervision. Requires a capacity for prioritizing tasks, meeting performance standards, and exercising accountability in a matrix reporting structure.

The Director of Compliance will be responsible for oversight of all quality assurance operations related to the ORR Call Center and execution of project deliverables. • Enforce uniform development and quality standards and ensure accuracy of project deliverables.

• Analyze data collection instruments, tools, and systems to ensure effectiveness and determine when necessary to update or expand systems to provide robust data to the client.

Basic Qualifications:  

• Masters in social services: a Bachelor’s in the same field can be substituted for the MS/MA if accompanied by a minimum of 8 years of training development work in the field of refugee resettlement 
• 3-5 years managing projects or equivalent of project management such as managing multiple aspects of deliverables, deadlines, and partner relationships  
• Minimum of 5 years experience in determining quality of services 
• Minimum of 5 years experience working with a federal client relationship  
• Active Tier 2 security clearance per contract requirements

What you’ll do at Elekta:

The Healthcare Account Directors will be the single face to the customer for Elekta in their territory responsible for fully managing the customer, true account management. The Healthcare Account Directors will also provide support and assistance to the other Elekta functions to support customer interactions with product delivery, installation, customer service support, and ensuring customer acceptances are signed and customer payments are made according to the sales contract.

The Healthcare Account Director will report directly to the Zone VP and shall work closely with the Zone to ensure achievement of Zone budget, goals and objectives. The Healthcare Account Director’s primary responsibility is to protect, develop, and sell all Elekta products and POS into both the Elekta existing customer base as well as identify and locate new sales opportunities into non Elekta accounts and penetrate competitive sites. The Healthcare Account Director must sell and manage the sales of the entire Elekta portfolio within the assigned territory. Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on, strategic product leader, who can lead and execute a vision for our scalable, configurable, Investment Data Management Cloud platform. This role will primarily focus on the data platform required for all of Clearwater’s products, while also contributing to our global data management strategy. You will also play a critical role in scaling our platform across asset classes and industries, creating a highly configurable data platform that powers all our analytical and AI products.

Responsibilities:

Leadership:

• Develop a comprehensive security, pricing and client master data management strategy and long-term roadmap with short term prioritization.
• Lead a team of product managers and guide their product roadmaps to align with strategy.
• Drive roadmap execution by partnering with Engineering leaders and ensure high quality releases.
• Showcase internal and external thought leadership in all things related to investment data management at technical and functional forums.

• Evaluate data sources dependencies, data rights management, ingestion patterns and data persistence to optimize for current and future client needs.
• Assess Clearwater data strategy fit by market, segments and use cases, and build comprehensive roadmap to address capability gaps that drive revenue growth.
• Continuously evaluate current platform and build a vision for a highly scalable, automated, and resilient data platform

Client Success:

• Support clients go-lives, manage client escalations and ensure SLAs.

Product Innovation:

• Work with technology and executive leadership to create multiyear, annual, and quarterly roadmaps and oversee their execution.
• Manage the product lifecycle, ensuring that products are delivered to the required quality standards.
• Partner with functional product leaders, market principals and at various levels across the organization, establish and maintain outstanding communication, and build/maintain collaborative relationships at all levels.
• Ability to build coherent narrative, explain technical and product priorities and convince leaders of your vision and strategy are critical to long term success of this role.
• Stay abreast of competitive, data technologies, and market dynamics and apply insights to the company’s product strategy and execution.

What we look for:

• 15+ years of experience in data management platforms in enterprise software with a minimum of 5 years in a product management leadership role leading PM team of 5 and above.
• At least 5 years of experience across more than one of these areas is required: master data management (especially finance domain), ETL/ELT, data integration, data warehousing, lake houses, and streaming data.
• Demonstrated ability to build a scalable, configurable enterprise data platform on the cloud, deployed across industries and geographies, migration to a componentized architecture, and capable of handling large amounts of data with low latency.
• Proven ability to manage complex data pipelines and integration with high volumes, variety, velocity and veracity.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and write product strategy papers and create narrative decks.
• Commitment towards superior internal and external customer experience.
• Strong team leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills, with a desire to build exceptional products and deliver successful business outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, or other relevant technical discipline.

Compensation Range: $220,000/YR-$260,000/YR + Bonus. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. The Role You'd Play:

We are seeking an inspiring and motivated leader who will lead approximately 10 dialysis centers throughout our Hospital Programs throughout the Greater Los Angeles market, 200 teammates and provide oversight of operations with complete accountability for approximately $30-$50MM P&L.
