Role Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Project Director to join our client in a highly involved and pivotal role. As the linchpin of operations, you will lead efforts in delivering projects of significant scale and complexity within the water industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Utilize your APMP or equivalent (Practitioner level) qualification and significant experience at Project Manager and Lead Project Manager level in the Water industry to drive success.
- Manage diverse teams and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and communication to achieve project objectives.
- Navigate commercial Alliances adeptly, leveraging collaboration to maximize project outcomes.
- Operate as an innovative, visible, and inspirational leader, fostering a fully collaborative and integrated team culture that consistently adds value.
- Demonstrate sound judgement and decision-making skills, creating positive tension for the betterment of the business.
- Lead by example through accountability and ownership, driving enhanced performance in a safe and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- APMP or equivalent (Practitioner level) qualification.
- Significant experience at Project Manager and Lead Project Manager level in the Water industry.
- Proven track record of managing teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Experience working in commercial Alliances and understanding the importance of collaboration.
- Innovative, visible, and inspirational leadership style.
- Strong decision-making abilities and the capacity to create positive tension for business improvement.
