The Director of Planning and Partnerships is responsible for leading the Health Boards complex planning function, including the development of strategic plans to meet the UHBs objectives and the continuing transformation of services delivered in a large and complex organisation and where effective collaboration with partners is essential to the delivery of the UHBs vision.
