General Responsibilities:

• Leading the ERM program and risk management activities across the enterprise, ensuring threats and opportunities are managed consistently and effectively in alignment with B&B’s strategy and company objectives.

• Managing deployment of digital ERM Platform for enterprise-wide data capture, analysis, and reporting, and ensuring continuous enhancement of ERM tools, processes, and policies.

• Collaborating with all relevant stakeholders including Divisions, Profit Centers and corporate function risk champions in the development, standardization, and regular review of the measurement components of the ERM Framework, e.g., risk appetite, risk tolerance levels, and key risk indicators (KRI’s).

• Supporting the activities of the ERM Committee (“ERMC”) as defined in ERMC charter.

• Monitoring threats and opportunities an enterprise level, escalating threats in excess of approved tolerance levels; communicating with executive leadership regarding ERM matters of significant importance to the enterprise; and preparing effective, accurate and timely reports for senior leadership, the Board of Directors/Audit Committee.

•  Creating educational resources for ERM Program participants and coaching to achieve a risk-astute culture around risk identification and management. 

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree

• Minimum of 15 years prior experience in risk management role, third party risk management or audit. Certification in Risk Management Assurance and/or Internal Audit desired. 

• Significant knowledge of COSO ERM, ISO 32001 ERM, and Third-party Risk Management disciplines, Center for Internet Security (CIS) Controls, and NIST Cyber Security and Risk Management Frameworks.

• Demonstrated understanding of risk management frameworks and best practices, and internal control principles and concepts, such as: identifying risk in key processes, compliance with regulatory requirements, monitoring, testing, issue management, risk appetite and related metrics, and reporting.

• Experienced and proficient with system configuration and integration, as well as development and production of dashboards, scorecards, and reports to support management and the executive team for their evaluation of enterprise risk.

THE JOB

The Key Account Director will focus on the management and fulfillment of emerging categories from top tier regional / local venue partnerships. This position will play a vital role with delivering unmatched client service, business retention efforts, and renewal opportunities. Consistent alignment with the Regional Sales Director and Venue Brand Manager on the applicable accounts will be critical for success.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• For determined Regional Sales key accounts collectively averaging $5M, ensure delivery of contractual elements including planning, execution, reporting, and proactively resolve any challenges with asset delivery 

• Support key account business by developing a strategic roadmap, creative programs, and business development/growth opportunities for key client relationships 

• Understand client ROI goals and asset association with each goal to lead renewal recommendations

• Own and manage the product feature through the duration of the product lifecycle.

The Role:

Moderna is seeking a Director of Epidemiology, Early HEOR & Patient-Centered Outcomes Assessment (Epi, & PCOA) to support the strategy, design and implementation of evidence generation activities activities targeted towards supporting the regulatory approval and reimbursement

 of Moderna’s Rare Disease mRNA technologies within its Therapeutics portfolio at the global level. The candidate has responsibility, under the supervision of the Epi Director, who is the Program Lead for various Rare Disease to lead one of these indications.  This includes the design, development, conduct, analysis, reporting and publication of pharmacoepidemiologic research studies, PCOA measurement and development strategy (where warranted), plan and execute the early reimbursement/HEOR activities and provide epidemiologic and methodologic input towards the clinical development needs of mRNA technologies.

Specifically, the candidate will support and/or lead as appropriate, activities focusing on generating observational evidence to support mRNA technologies (early and late stage) associated with Inborn Errors of Metabolism. The role will report to the Director, Epidemiology Lead. The successful candidate is driven, curious, collaborative, with a bold ambition to contribute to ground-breaking drug development with potential to transform multiple diseases with very high unmet medical need. 

The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills, innovative approaches, a willingness to learn new concepts and a collaborative mindset. As this is a global role, the candidate may be called upon to work across different time zones at times. The candidate will be charged with understanding the observational data needs and opportunities to enhance drug development with the mRNA platform, and build expertise as needed within the Rare Disease portfolio.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

Epidemiology:

• Under the guidance and strategic leadership of the Senior Epi/ PCOA lead, accountable for the development and execution of the overall Epi/PCOA strategy for Propionic Acidemia (PA) and other future indications as determined by the needs of the portfolio.

• Provide Epi input to the product development, including clinical, safety, and economic outcomes and contribute to the integrated evidence plans for PA

• Design and execute pre-launch, launch and post-marketing epidemiology/real world evidence plans, as needed

• Responsible to support the strategy, vision and execution of high-quality pharmacoepidemiologic data outputs, for PA including:

  • Develop protocols, data analysis plans, study reports and peer-reviewed publications.

  • Conduct Literature reviews and gap analyses for safety, effectiveness, and impact studies.

  • Conduct studies from conceptualization, through publication of descriptive, cohort, cross-sectional, or observational studies or registries

  • Design and input into clinical trial or external control studies to ensure value-drivers for provider/patient/payer evidence needs from launch through LOE are included

• Provide epidemiologic analysis, literature reviews, or literature-based indirect treatment comparisons to fill knowledge gaps and inform (data contextualization, event rates, population descriptors, etc)

• Active leader and team member providing strategic input in terms of observational data and strategy to the development team in collaboration with cross-functional partners on the clinical development plan, regulatory interactions, clinical study design, efficacy and safety endpoints

• Support mRNA development by strategic contribution to the assessment of need for use of observational data, evaluation of data sources, design and conduct of observational studies for RD needs and/or developing mRNA technologies 

• With guidance and direction from Indication Epi Lead, serve as a cross functional partner for HTA advice & building of economic models at global level

• Provide epidemiologic support to other RD Moderna therapeutics programs as needed

• Preferred: Analytical skills and technical knowledge of registries/real world data studies; general understanding of global (US, EU) payer and market access evidentiary needs and reimbursement environment and the processes associated with reimbursement and formulary access to enable input into CDP and other evidence generation needs

Real World Evidence & Early HEOR:

• Identify evidence gaps and needs from regulatory and reimbursement perspectives, resolve these challenges and define evidence generation priorities to support payers and regulators

• Leading early payer scientific advice with global stakeholders including strategic insights on PROs, economic models and trial design

• Defining and delivering the RWE and early HEOR strategy to support specified assets, and leading the integrated evidence teams to execute the activities needed for advancing assets through to launch

• Provide innovative solutions on RWE for use as a synthetic/historical or concurrent control, including expertise on methodological considerations to account for confounding, missing variable, temporal or other biases and/or methodological challenges which may need to be thought through, including alternative methodological approaches (Bayesian, Adaptive, etc)

• Develop research methodologies and implement innovative analytical approaches for Epi & RWE

• Develop protocols for RWD analysis of claims data or electronic health records and execution of RWE studies to identify and fill gaps and ensure delivery of robust evidence alongside clinical development and value-based RWE needs

• Proactively prepare for mRNA use and exposure by establishing epidemiological and RWE on the key disease, population, demographic and clinical variables

• Lead RWE publications for congresses and peer-reviewed journals

• Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with the broader Moderna organization and with external experts

Patient-Centered Outcomes Assessment (PCOA):

• Support PCOA, including the development, validation (or adaptation) and creation of Clinical Outcome Assessments (COA) and psychometric measurement strategy 

• Select & incorporate COA endpoints and implement strategy and input into COA measurement section protocols and CDP and to develop briefing documents in support of and attend regulatory interactions as the Moderna subject matter expert

THE JOB

The Director of Venue Premium Seat Sales is responsible for the long-term retention and growth of our full season, membership, group, and hospitality package members as well as other revenue-generating programs as added to the product portfolio.  This will include the service, support and maintenance of assigned customer accounts and meeting all pre-determined individual and department sales and service performance goals.   This sales position will be responsible for multiple amphitheater/ballroom/club retention sales within an assigned region.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Responsible for establishing, nurturing and maximizing positive relationships with existing members and annually renewing their full season memberships via all touchpoints- calls, emails, seat visits and events 
• Design, present and execute annual proposals to existing premium clients and referrals
• Develop new business sales opportunities by generating referrals, prospecting, and upselling current accounts
• Meet and exceed specific levels of activity, appointments and revenue goals while exceeding the member expectation
• Serve as the venue sales ambassador in the community while partnering with the local Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, Chambers of Commerce, Meeting Planners Associations, and similar type organizations
• Work in partnership with the Director of Regional Business Development as well as Sales Coordinator to cover specific shows to network with current and prospective guests to ensure the show experience is exceeding expectations
• Enter all pertinent customer interaction information in KORE/Salesforce.com for efficient reporting and historical data purposes
• Report directly to the Regional Director

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in sports/entertainment management, business or related field is required
• Five to ten years direct business to business sales experience, preferably in premium seat sales, sponsorship, media or sports marketing
• A proven track record in relationship building and networking skills with ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of an organization
• Demonstrated experience in managing sales funnel across multiple entertainment/sports properties with a sense of urgency, sometimes under a high level of pressure

ROLE SUMMARY

Executive Administrative Lead to Pfizer’s Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Head of Worldwide Medical & Safety, provides administrative and office services of a highly complex and critical nature. The Executive Administrative Lead is expected to be able to work autonomously with exceptional professionalism and attention to detail with work that involves time-sensitive and urgent issues, tight time frames, and in demanding situations. This role will also be expected to think creatively about how we can continue to run the office more efficiently. This role will be a key member of the Office of Pfizer’s CMO.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Monitor CMO’s mailbox including sending and responding to emails on the leader’s behalf, bringing critical/time sensitive matters to immediate attention.
• Manage CMO calendar which includes meeting scheduling, maintaining full year schedule of speaking engagements, conference room reservations, teams meetings, audio/video set-up and associated meeting logistics (i.e., catering, collecting conference agendas and forms, follow-up with conference organizers, etc.)
• Manage complex calendar and anticipate conflicts and use diplomacy to resolve problems in advance.

Preparation responsibility relates primarily to financial information and adherence to leasing guidelines. Review information and variances with Property Management Team
• Participate in the preparation of annual budgets and any revisions thereto and also oversee operating compliances with budget approved by clients
• Ensure completion of property tax administration and supervise services rendered by property tax consultant
• Ensure administration of property and liability insurance requirement
• Ensure compliance with the purchase order system, contracts, policies and procedures, and accounting requirements established by clients
• Oversee the billing process, including payment of invoices and disbursement of funds. Monitor cash flow and/or cash requirements in conjunction with the Property Manager to assure efficient use of cash
• Assist the Client/Asset Manager and Property Manager in determining proper cost allocations, identification of any re-billable cost, proper accounting for inventories, purchasing procedures, and any special accounting problems
• Responsible for maintaining desired internal financial benchmarks for each asset with the portfolio as defined by the Director and Asset Manager. This includes occupancy levels, income levels, delinquency percentage, IRR and cash flow
• Monitor cash flow and/or cash requirements in conjunction with the Property Manager to assure efficient use of cash
• Coordinate construction projects with Construction Manager and Property Manager and approve construction contract documents and final invoices.
• Effectively staff and develop bench strength and succession planning – positioning for new business
• Regularly inspect properties with staff
• Conduct annual performance evaluations and career path discussions. Oversee and ensure that all property management and maintenance staff receive an annual performance evaluation.
• Analyze and make recommendations regarding property staffing needs, personnel performance issues, salary administration, personnel promotions and training and career development

IMPORTANT EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related discipline
IMPORTANT EXPERIENCE
• 8+ years of real estate property management or related experience
• 5+ years of supervisory experience
• CPM and/or RPA comparable experience in a senior leadership role

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
• Real Estate License
• Industry designations and is an active participant/leader in external charitable and local and national industry related organizations
• Ability to monitor and anticipate trends and changes within the industry
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrate initiative through taking on additional assignments and responsibilities
• Demonstrate advanced problem solving and deal with a variety of options in complex solutions. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Regularly required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions.
