Assistant Director of Care and Support Operations
Salary: £76,000 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week; Permanent
Location: Ipswich/ Hybrid
Role requires regular presence across our services in Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridge and North Essex

We are looking for a focused and values-led leader to spearhead our Care and Support division. You will act as a role model, providing support and ensuring superb business management resulting in the provision of great services and continued viability.
Much of your focus will be on collaborating with support functions, including finance, and overseeing contract management, housing management, maintenance, health and safety. You will be a role model for our culture, ensuring this is front and centre in everything that happens within Care and Support.
You should embrace change and transformation with a view to ensuring the team are the very best they can be: providing constructive challenge and true support.
