Our Cloud Site Reliability Engineering) team is looking for an experienced and passionate Engineer to join out Consumer Servicing and Engagement Platform.

As an application level SRE, you'll be an active and leading member of a cloud-focused team of engineers - working on one of the Group's flagship projects to run and maintain a set of products and services on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) that will enable the business to realise the next generation of services that form the Bank's future vision.

Accountabilities will include:

• Delivering against GCP and SRE Public Cloud technology roadmaps

• Collaboratively working with other engineering teams to release and evolve enterprise-class solutions, that are reliable and evergreen as cloud technologies continue to mature at a fast-pace.

• Being responsible for the operations of a large set of critical banking services (including 24x7 coverage by participating in on-call rota)

What you'd get involved with:

• Working with our service teams and Cloud Platform team to enhance & improve the resiliency and reliability of critical customer facing services.

• Troubleshooting, investigating & diagnosing service issues, with an engineering mentality - then work with the service teams to ensure changes are put in place so that the same issues are not encountered again.

RPS is looking for Town Planners to join our National Development & Infrastructure Planning Team based in Cardiff, Bristol, or Edinburgh. The range of work on offer is wide and varied and will provide you with rich experience in town planning. Working alongside a range of multi-disciplinary services within a team of planning experts, you will have the opportunity to aid and deliver on a broad range of planning applications including residential, mixed-use developments, data centres, airports, retail, logistics and major infrastructure projects.

What you will be doing

You will be assisting our strategic planning work, which includes the preparation of representations to Local Plan consultations and developing planning strategies to promote land and development for inclusion in Local Plans.

· Assisting Planning Directors’ in successfully delivering their planning caseload, including preparing Planning Statements and representations to Local Plan consultations

· Developing your written and oral communication techniques

· Directly engaging in our business development initiatives

· Actively assisting our Assistant Planners, Graduates and Apprentices

· Contributing/ engaging in our Prospects Planning Group

Who we are looking for

· Chartered membership of the RTPI (or close to achieving this)

· Experience in a planning consultancy or local government role

· Aptitude to work to established time frames

· A keen interest in planning, development, and environmental issues

· A good working knowledge of planning policy

· Attention to detail and a proactive mindset

· A strategic thinker and someone who can readily address problems

· A market awareness and a good knowledge of local planning issues

In accordance with the practice timetable, as agreed, the post-holder will make themselves available to undertake a variety of duties, including surgery consultations, telephone consultations and queries, visiting patients at home, checking and signing repeat prescriptions and dealing with queries, paperwork and correspondence in a timely fashion. Assessing the health care needs of patients . Making professional, autonomous decision in relation to pesenting problems, whether self-referred or referred from other helth care workers within the organisation. Screening patients for disease risk factor and early signs of illness. Developing care plans for health in consultation with patients and in line with current practice disease mangement protocols. Recording clear and contemporaneous consultation notes to agreed standards. Prescribing in accordance with the practice prescribing formulary (or generically) whenever this is clinically appropriate. Providing counselling and health education. In general , the post-holder will be expected to undertake all the normal duties and responsibilities associated with a GP working within primary care.

The post holder will be responsible for the coding and summarising of relevant information into patients electronic healthcare records in the EMIS clinical system whilst adhering to practice protocols. In addition, they will provide administrative support as required in line with the needs of the organisation.
