This Training Specialist position is located at Memphis International Airport (MEM), Transportation Security Administration, Department of Homeland Security (DHS). If selected for this position, you will serve as a liaison concerning training matters between the Federal Security Director and the TSA Headquarters, including the Office of Workforce Performance and Training and the Aviation Programs Office. As a resource to the Federal Security Director's staff, you will assist in planning, directing, scheduling, evaluation and integration of training and professional services to the workforce. This Program Specialist position is located at Memphis International Airport (MEM), Transportation Security Administration, Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Duties include but are not limited to:

• Documenting and maintaining records of completed training.

The Pharmacist Supervisor is responsible for the overall supervision of all professional and administrative operations and personnel in the inpatient section of pharmacy. This includes coordinating the activities of staff in the inpatient section to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures established by the Department of Veterans Affairs. The inpatient section provides full pharmaceutical services to all inpatients and to patients being discharged or going on pass from the hospital. Inpatient Services are provided twenty-four hours daily for seven days a week. In addition to maintaining an efficient operation based upon current requirements, this person must be able to analyze trends and develop plans and strategies for future needs.

Administrative/Supervisory

• Supervises all professional and nonprofessional staff assigned to the inpatient section, developing schedules to distribute staff and accomplish tasks in all areas of the section.

This position is located in the National Call Center (NCC) of the RO, where the incumbent provides program, technical and administrative assistance to the NCC Chief and other subordinate management within the division.

Major duties performed include:

1. Prepares, assembles, and correlates information in connection with surveys and one-time reports required by Central Office, the Area Office, the Regional Office (RO), or Division management regarding administrative support functions from other divisions and outside sources of data.
2. Processes incoming and outgoing materials such as correspondence, reports, memoranda, and other forms of written communications.

Food Preparation and Service

• Assist in food preparation with tasks such as peeling potatoes; cutting, sorting and washing vegetables and fruits; assembling sandwiches; and measuring and weighing ingredients.
• Stocks food service carts with appropriate utensils, plates, bowls, food and beverages, as required for family style dining in the classrooms or activity areas.
