Provides highly specialist psychological assessment of clients with highly complex conditions based on the appropriate use, interpretation and integration of data from a variety of sources, which may include neuropsychological testing. Responsible for recognising the potential for or signs of client harm, abuse or neglect, including poor clinical practice, reporting all such concerns and taking all reasonable steps to protect the client. Responsible for identifying and reporting concerns regarding the safeguarding of children who may be at risk. Undertakes risk assessment and risk management for individual clients and provides specialist advice to other professionals on psychological aspects of risk assessment and risk management. Formulates plans for highly specialist psychological therapy and/or management of clients mental health conditions based upon an appropriate conceptual framework and evidence-based practice. You will play a major role in shaping the growth of the services and will work closely with other professionals. On a day-to-day you will assess and handle a wide range of psychiatric disorders, as you develop and offer specialist therapeutic skills and services. Your new role
* As Consultant, successfully deliver projects and co-ordinate with others * Carry out technical and other work as required on assigned projects whilst ensuring high levels of safety, quality and environmental responsibility
* Engage in client and third party liaison successfully leading to enhanced reputation and repeat work
* Execute site-based or office functions, liaising with clients and other contractors' staff to collect project specific information as required by the Project Manager
* Prepare reports, models, calculations and drawings on assigned projects
* Supervise technical work of staff as required by the Department Manager

What you'll need to succeed
* Civil Engineering, Geography degree or similar
* Working towards membership of CIWEM or similar experience
* Minimum of two years' experience of flood risk projects
* Previous experience of delivering flood risk projects for land development, regeneration and transportation
* Experience of contributing to and writing Water Environment / Flood Risk chapters for Environmental Statement
